Imagine: You're on your way home and get caught in a terrible rainstorm, so you hurry to the nearest building for shelter - and it just happens to be an old cathedral. As you open the doors, you hear this echoing off the walls of the gloomy interior. Making your way to the sanctuary, you see Gerard standing alone at the altar, singing his heart out. He found her grave. It was no different than the other tombstones. He knelt, and wept. The many undeserved pleas for mercy stuffed his brain with shame, leaving the grief sidelined. He wanted it to stop. Please someone make it stop! The lightning was reflected beautifully in the silver shine of his gun. Unlike the others, he didn't beg for his life. Didn't think he deserved a second chance. With the scream of a bullet he ended his journey the same way it began: Desperate, a gun in one hand, and with the corpses of thousand evil men.
