gerard way is a totally underrated singer! he has such a nice voice, and his screams are amazing as well. this video was released the day before my 14th birthday, which was during the end of my very short lived gerard way/mcr hyperfix, and i was so excited to watch it when it came out. best birthday gift i got lol
i get it for the technique how hard some of these are too sing, but if you're well trained too sing like that you can defo do it rlly well ykwim? i would have liked too see songs up there for reasons other than techniques tho! like skylines and turnstiles for the absolute non-existents of breaks while still being able too push his vocals amazingly yk? this almost applies too alot of the songs from that album too honestly. also should we shout out a song like prison for the pronunciation of his words alone? either way it is insane what gerard can do with his voice and that's totally why he is THE person i look up too the most.
