After 36 years as Licenced mechanic with a major airline, I have NEVER heard anyone, in the Industry, refer to them as shock absorbers. They are called Oleos or Struts.
Totally agree. Oleo or Landing gear struts. I too worked on aircraft for 15 years in heavy line maintenance. Changed a bunch of seals especially in the winter time.

@@frankbutaric3565 hi sir can you recommend this profession?
Great ! Thanks for this amazing movie !
Man I have heard this guys voice in so many airbus videos during training.
Does it work on the A320 ?
I've had this problem for a while but never the time to fix it..
If only I could figure out where I put the hinge pin, then I could get my A340 up and flying again.
😂😂😂
Ahh ok, now i get it. let me go change it on my fucking A340 now.
Thank so much!
Good thing I found this video, if the airline finds out I know nothing about about fixing planes I would get into so much trouble!
😂😂😂
Ridiculous music on the back !!!
Romantic vibe! 😂😂
