hi. help me please, im wondering if the copper wire (3x around the heart shape) is coated? the coat melts down from soldering? is that a problem if the 3 wire comes together?

Hi tech arranged I build it a few times it failed and I think it was the wiring I did on the heart I used small size wire to wire and I think I did a not a good job but when I put a resistor and 9 volt battery it turned on all 48 leds but when I built the brain ic chips and resistor and capacitor and it it was stuck staying to move but it was flashing and I decided to redo the heart with a small copper wire and does it matter if all three wires of positive touch each other or it is ok if they touch each other the 1 2 3 wires from positive

Hi tech arranged I build the chips the brain with its parts and it keeps failing it works for a while it bro ms and it refuses to spin like it does but the leds brink there stuck the leds on
Replace both ic's together and check for short circuit in led connection
Tech arranged the ic 4017 was good and the 555 ic had loose contact with a ic base I think it’s the bad ic base for the 555 ic pin 3 and four had damaged connections it work when I first finished and than on Monday it started doing leds flashing it was trying to turn right but i than remove the 555 ic and saw that the pin got damaged while o put in the timer chip

the fact you ask this question tells us you're not ready for it. you don't need to understand much to electricity for your project but you need basic calculations and concepts, like understanding the load of a led and how much you can have depending on how many watts you have. you can clearly do it no matter how old you are, but you're going to need a bit of reading first
