Pokémon Rejuvenation - Puppet Master (Electric/Ground Dual Type)

Difficulty: 8/10
Easily the hardest boss-type major fight up to this point, with the constant damage-over-time effects and Puppet Master's healing and massive health pool making it very hard to break. Heal Block from Claydol is an incredibly powerful tool in that it breaks the AI of Puppet Master completely, causing it to repeatedly use Dream Eater to no avail. The second part of this fight is more for plot reasons, and features Claydol decimating Puppet Master with its boosted Hyper Beam.
A quick note: If you're going "Hey, you cheater, you can't change your team between Hazuki and Puppet Master!" my response to that is "You're supposed to be able to--it's just every tester was using debug to use PC in testing so they completely forgot to give you a PC between Hazuki and Puppet Master :(". Hopefully this is fixed in v13.5.

Rules:
I can only use Electric- or Ground-type Pokémon in battle. I can have non-Electric- or Ground-type Pokémon on my team, but they can't contribute to the battle in any way.
I'm also not allowing myself to use Pokémon that eventually evolve into Electric- or Ground-types, but aren't Electric- or Ground-types themselves (For example, Mudkip would be disallowed, but Marshtomp wouldn't be)
I can't use two of the same Pokémon.
I can't use items in battle.
The whole run is being done on Normal mode. I'm not insane enough to put myself through Intense mode, sorry.
