- This is the virtual trainer consecutive battle sequence that is unlocked after finishing both routes of the Canon of Vengeance, and features the final bosses of each.
These bosses are:
00:00 Tiamat
06:32 Mastema
17:27 Tehom
27:49 Lucifer
A notable difference that Battles of Two Goddesses has compared to Battles to Preserve/Destroy the World is that this consecutive battle sequence uses the harder, true version of Lucifer's fight compared to the one-phase version that's used on the two aforementioned sequences.
If you aren't aware of what Challenge Mode does, here's a quick rundown:
- All enemies are set to level 100, and increase 100 levels every time you win (up to a cap of level 999).
- All bosses get +1 press turn. This does not apply to boss minions.
- All bosses get the passive skill Impaler's Revenge, which has a chance to bestow the effect of Impaler's Animus (next attack does 1.3x damage and Pierces) whenever their attacks get nulled, repelled, or absorbed.
As for personal restrictions I placed on myself: I didn't. Except for one thing: Not using Moral Transcendence to unlock the level cap. This would be trivial if I was level 150. - เกม
You know after watching this, I realized I did NOT do Tiamat the intended way. What I’m gleaming from this is that you’re supposed to target the heads so the main body will constantly heal them and drain its own life. However I had a ton of powerful Almighty options at this point which made things trivial. Maybe if the body resisted Almighty like the Mitamas it would encourage me to target the heads
Even in my hard run at level 80 it doesnt matter that much, I didnt really focus on killing the heads all that much, I would have Yoshitsune killing the goat head for extra turns and just spam murakumo on the actual head I didnt even know what the left most one was weak to lol
Well, i think its to enable AOE comps, with how often times you would make nahobino single target, i feel like this gimmick is throwing the aoe users a bone
@@aokyoutsuki7744In all honesty while it seems like it should do that in reality it was just easier to max debuff all the heads, let them fail to do anything due to most of my squad nulling most elements. since they did garbage damage even when they didn’t end their turn instantly due to debuffs and wail on the head for me xd.
I had no potential in Almighty so I couldn't Ikuyumi Tiamat herself so I just spent 30 minutes every time on the heads and deal with her mediarama spam
Man, letting mastema's long animations play out only to see the pitiful damage after is really funny lol
didnt know this was a thing. thanks for clueing me in. im on godborn hard and its fun everything is lv150 and wants you dead.
This fight in particular is absolute HELL on godborn. Word of advice: bring a herald demon in your stock for shield of God. You'll need it for both tehom and Lucifer
That Tehom fight……👀………that fight is brutal. Even on lower difficulties, she’s a freaking damage sponge and still hits like a truck.
Ok, something Im confused about is Tiamat's heads. I get that theyre basically invincible because they drain the main body to heal themselves and also lose all status effects when they run out of health, but do they share statuses to the rest of the heads? That middle head used Impalers Animus, and at the start of your turn, all of them had the IA buff.
They don't share statuses to the other heads. It was most likely the activation of Impaler's Revenge (see description) that gave them the Impaler's Animus effect.
@@pajama_dayAh, I get it. Yeah, I keep forgetting they gave demons separate passive abilities in Vengeance. And hey, with the game being on PC, it means that modders can pick the game apart and see how stuff works.
What’s the build on Nahobino that’s allowing figment slash to constantly land/crit?
Figment slash always crits, just has low accuracy
