Hi Maridel Ann Maximo, may 8 po na usual reasons kung bakit nagkakaroon ng lumps or rough ang outcome ng yema frosting: 1. Cornstarch is unsifted. 2. The egg yolks exposed in the air for too long. 3. Adding evaporated milk first before the other ingredients. 4. The ingredients aren't mixed well before cooking. 5. Combining ingredients over heat. 6. Cooked over high heat. 7. Stop stirring for a long time while cooking. 8. Removing from the heat even if it's not yet fully cooked/stable. Hindi na po maremedyohan pag completely cooked na po ang frosting. Pero kung ang texture po ng frosting ay medyo creamy palang, pwede nyo po salain ang mixture para mawala ang mga buo buo or lumps. Salamat po.😊
