Sobrang tamis na nito, sa nagtataka, icing sugar at confectioners sugar ay same lang. Kung gusto mo bawasan ang tamis just replace condense with all purpose cream or heavy cream
LAst time I mixed butter with heavy cream... it failed. Nag buo buo. Condensed cream buttercream is my go to bcos it’s less sweet compared to normal buttercream and the condensed cream adds a better depth of flavor

You can use 2 buttercup in 1 can of condensada, been using this for 5 years and so far so good. But I have tried this mixture before but soupy thats why I made it 2 buttercream in 1 can, no need to add confectioner

From my experience, mahirap talaga gamitin ang buttercup for buttercream. Margarine kasi siya. Di same ang fat content sa butter kaya kahit gano ko katagal iwhip ang buttercup, hindi siya masyado nagiging fluffy and matutunaw lang din.

actually that's not butter it's margerine. margerine is more stable than butter. don't prefer using margerine

Yes yun po ang gus2 ko ipakita kun pano isave in case maging runny or curdle un buttercream. Yun iba po kasi tinatapon nila and sayang talaga.
