I bought anet et4 pro on Amazon one week ago I'm new person to 3 d printing platform I'm using sample pla to print bunchy boat but I got very poor quality print still now , & main problem is when I manual leveling click 1,2,3,4 extruder not moving to the position any way to reboot system or return it ? Pls im waiting for your reply

Poor video. Does not show how he does free initially the nozzle from the heat block. Good lock if you have lanists printer. In Canada the is no serve. Does not reply to emails and no available replacement part. You will need them ASAP.
