The nozzle on my printer needs a standard 5/16th wrench (or preferably a 5/16th hex socket). For me, the 8mm wrench was too big and would just slip off the nozzle without loosening it. Thanks for the video it was a great help!
I've heard that due to the shrinking / expanding, your nozzle could be loose and filament could leak out if it isn't screwed on while it's hot, or it could otherwise get damaged.

Yep, if you install a different nozzle, that is required!
