i totally agree i mean hes goofy alot of times but i think he is one of the best tasters in ba because of his try everything show i mean if your exposed to multiple foods your going to know them also he seems down to earth like brad he doesnt have the nose turned up approach to everything like chris so it was nice to see chris getting upset by almost everyone also i bet he could go 100% on pretentious ingredients

I'm so delighted that Delaney basically got 100% on this test. I already trusted him in the tasting capacity after watching his Eats it All and One of Everything series, but now I'm just even more confident in the choices he makes. I will forever trust this man with all things eating.

He's also right about jamon iberico usually having more texture. It's not usually that loose, pale, and fatty. If I were shown that meat, I'd visually identify it as proscuitto.

the results make me wonder how the other chefs would handle chris' recreate a dish challenge
These tests are really enjoyable because you find out how similar some flavors are when many people make the same guess and then that one person picks up on a slight nuanced flavor and guesses correctly. It's just really enjoyable to watch.
Alex is so good at these. He is my favorite because I can relate to his appreciation of foods like bologna lol

@Hasan Haque She most probably were raised in hindu family which explained why it was 21 years. It's not like she trying to brag about it or something so it wasn't really annoying. It is just what people usually do when they trying to explain why they might suck at it.

I think he was right about the Jamon too, it's usually got more defined texture than prosciutto.
He's the one that taste tests everything on every menu in ever restaurant in NYC, so it's no surprise.
I gave him the moral victory as well. I was shocked he did so much better than Chris. My chef preconceptions have been shattered.
