I am very impressed with Delany's know how about food in general, especially when we know that he is not a chef. His approximately correct guessing of the Indian snack was very impressive although I thought Priya was robbed off a point when she said it was a Namkeen.
Just to be clear, 'Walkers' as a brand are probably the most sold crisp in the UK but pickled onion is a rogue flavour that very few man are reaching for.
The 2 problems with them are that your breath smells like pickled onions and not many places sell them. Personally I'd say pickled onion is Walkers best flavour, Kettle do the best salt and vinegar, Pringles the best cheese and onion and McCoys do beef.

AFAICT, he's not pretentious, like that. He's been known to enjoy "cheap" type flavours, too. The only thing I recall "offending" his palate was the Warhead-type super sour candy for the taste test pre-Claire's "Gourmet Makes" episode. He doesn't seem super picky or pretentious, which is why he's still so likeable.
