      Sir Main march 2018 ko Vadodara ki IT company join ki. Offer letter main 21k ctc diya aur jab salary aayi toh salary slip main ctc 18k aur on hand 17k aai. Kya aise company misuse kr aakti hain paiso kaa? Kya main legal action le sakta hun? Please suggest.

    Sir I have question regarding EPF pension, 1 question - Agar Mai 10 saal kisi company mi job krta hu Jo EPF provide karti h so mi eligible ho jaunnga pension ke liye, so question is Kya same company mi 10 saal spend karne honge ya kisi 1 se Jada companies mi bhi Agar 10 saal spend kar deta hu to bhi Kya eligible go jaunnga?
    2nd question - Agar Mi 15 saal kisi company mi spend krta hu to or fir next 5 years kisi dusri company mi and both companies mi EPF facilities h so. Meri pension kaise calculate hogi Kya ye 15000*20 and divided by 70 hogi ya Bas 15000*10 and divided by 70?
    3rd,- Agar Mi EPF provide karne wali 2 companies mi 10-10 saal spend krta hu to Meri pension kaise calculate hogi? Please Mere Question ka answer dena ka try kare apne videos se hi Muje knowledge mili but doubt bhi Nike h kuch

    There was a provision at my previous employer that if we don't serve notice period, we will have to pay 1 month basic salary. That deduction is shown us Notice Period Recovery under Deductions on my payslip. So I wanted to know whether that amount would be treated as Income and do I need to pay tax on that amount ?

    Sir ITR को लोग current situation ke hisaab se lete hain, lekin ITR bhraana bhoat hi jaruri Hain, accident death case me Insurance minimum three years ITR ke hisaab se hi amount pass hota hain , To Jo us person ke death के baad bhi Family ko profit support deta Hain , so ITR bharna Jaruri hain

    Notice period recovery happens only in case of early relieving. Common in case company allows. If leave quota (PL) is der then using that u can adjust else u have 2 pay money equal to the days of early relieving.

    41:00 You can withdraw EPF and EPS after 2 months of leaving the company (Date of Exit), in your case you should not join next company in 2 months or in case you join immediately, you should not given the old PF number in new company. (total service should be more than 6 months and less than 9.5 yrs)
    pls confirm.

    Sir, plz help me regarding Bajaj finance loan emi . I want to say that I am already paid my all emi , but my loan which is vas in shopkeeper and now the bajaj Finserv harrasment me to pay the emi other than taking the legal action. i am file my complete in consumer grivence but there is no longer any help.

    In my company, last month changed salary slip and added a new component is "Performance-Based Earnearning" which is half of my total salary.
    Now my basic salary reduced. is it okay????
