I am seeing this video first time rishab but i really loved it. I am an HR and I totally agree with you for this. I myself had fought with HR for compliance, fun part is many HR after passing the knowledge are adamant for changing the policy or process.
True, so many things in salary slip and every year changing. Like in previous year we don't have a bonus column and now we have it and that also included in our ctc instead that should be given at the year end as a bonus amount
Sir, I think a simplified book will be more beneficial for us, to understand various calculations, complicated rules and common mistakes as a employee/ employer/HR. and book will be more helpful for basic knowledge... Please take it as a heartful request and Make it at reasonable prices...

These days, the workers demand full daily wages at the day end, and do not agree to any kind of deduction like PF, ESI etc. They want a pay which includes effect of all benefits included, without any commitment or binding. Today they worked for you, tomorrow, they'll work for some other employer. Already facing scarcity of workers, employer has no other option but to employ such freelancers. In this scenario, how can statutory obligations like PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity etc. be complied with? Pls do share your views. Thanks.
