Haha I was still lying on the ground 5 minutes after, not noticing the video had ended. This is the best evening sequence I ever found online! It was great!
This Yoga is perfect for a certain people like myself, who needs some serious opening after long days standing, hunching and exhaustion. Maybe it's not for everyone, but I find it very unique and he gets behind the Knees!!There's nothing else like you, DAVID. Blessings, Natalie
One of the best yoga videos I've watched in a long while. I can tell you put a lot of energy into your yoga practice and teaching. Also, very creative sequence... and calming.
I found this a very challenging sequence, done yoga for 3 years and I had to quit in the middle of it. Today my lower back is hurting like hell. Rough on knees and back. Definitely for more advanced and flexible yogis.
Done twice in a row this week. I just love how relaxed I feel after this and I also sleep like a baby. It is a challenge, but worth persevering with. Yes it pushes you at times, but as the chap says in the video - you need to find that edge and make sure to push it, without going over it and into pain. Everyone knows the limits of their own body lies and the difference between a deep stretch and pain.
I think I've found enough from these 7 videos of yours to keep me learning for quite a long while. Everything is given to me for study. If it can't be studied, it's not interesting.
Thank you for yet another beautiful routine, David. I am not sure about the choice of the music in this one. It's grating. It's rushing. Plus it's louder than your instructions. I wish you could re-up this video with new audio. How lovely that would be. Namaste.
What a great class! Many of the poses were challenging for me, I am definitely working on improving my flexibility. With David's gentle guidance however, I was aware enough to back off certain poses and not force myself into the pose and was able to feel the edges of my own flexibility. I feel so relaxed right now. Thank you for another amazing class!
Amazing flow, pace, tone of voice David. You are in 1st place with my teacher Esther Ekhart, it is brilliant to have two teachers with whom I an work regularly. Thankyou phyll
Great practice. Unfortunately, my ankles hurt quite a bit when I try to place them snug against my other upper hip/buttock. Any advice how to solve this is welcome. Thanks!
@qjmiguza91 For your ankles, try practicing on some padding, like a folded up blanket for extra softness on the joints. Also, it's ok to have your ankles/feet farther from your body if that feels better. What can also help relieve pain is to sit your hips up on a block/bolster or a couple of pillows to reduce the pressure transferred to the ankles. Let us know if any of this helps!
I love this video but I always really struggle with putting my ankle on my opposite thigh because it feels so tender in my thigh! As I bend forward my ankle/foot pushes deeply into the tissue of my thigh and it is VERY tender! Is there anything I can do to make this better? Thank you so much!
Katieanne Manning I have been teaching yoga for 11 years and have the same issue. I put a folded blanket between my foot and my thigh. As long as the blanket isn't too thick it shouldn't affect the integrity of the pose.
i really enjoyed the sequence, but found the music very distracting. wish it hadn't been there, it interfered with my ability to stay focused in the poses.
This was a very well thought out and executed routine. However it's very hard on my knees. I would not recommend this for anyone with knee issues. I can't use this video in the future for that reason.
perhaps consider specifying that you are going to be using advanced poses that require major flexibility to enter safely. Or give regression options. Honestly very much the opposite of relaxing
I loved the stretches, David ... but the music was too loud! I kept jumping out of my skin with that drum and I felt irritated, not relaxed. I like the mellowness of your voice and it's a big contrast to the suddenness of those drum beats.
Nor for me. And the music was super distracting. Some of the most uncomfortable yoga poses I've ever attempted. I don't think my limbs are long enough for some of the binds he does. I'll stick with Fiji.

David, you are truly an amazing yoga teacher!
Thank you Melanie!

I particularly appreciated the seated sequence. Merci.
Thank You David Procyshyn. I use your videos to assist our Harare class when our Instructor is not available.
Most amazing David.. as usual from you, deep deep stretch, gentle rhythm, some of the best yoga being practiced online.
This was an amazing routine. I loved the music, and your instructions were perfect!

Just fantastic... Never felt such a deep stretch in a yoga practice before
This is a really amazing routine! I slept like a baby and could feel my legs unwinding an hour afterwards.
This was great. Everything flowed so well. Thank you for sharing. And I enjoyed the music as well. Namaste
A very intense workout David. Felt good after the whole session. Thankyou very much. God bless you.

Wonderfull class. I really got into the flow.
I always like David classes.

I like the music. This was a good gentle flow for bedtime.

That was amazing, excellent video! I think may make this part of my daily routine. I feel so relaxed and refreshed. :D
Very nice. Exactly what I needed =) Thanks!
A challenge indeed but great stretch. Thanks
Thank you for yet another beautiful routine, David.

You;re very welcome! Glad to hear you stayed in the "goldilocks" zone.
it was amazing! thanks

It got to about 3/4 the way through and then restarted from the beginning. Love the leg stretches though - thanks :)
This is a gem of a sequence for me. I enjoy your approach. David, do you ever instruct in the Vancouver area?
how could i download it? since it is fantastic:)
I'm more of a yin yogi for nighttime, but I must admit: this worked me out in a good way.
Thank you, powerful release
I love the music also :-)
Simply wonderful
Love your stretches, but is there anyway to soften the background music?
i totally agree about the music being distracting.

super advanced

this very much hurt my knees i had to do so many alternative poses as to stay out of knee strain :(
🙏🙏

Good workout! Yes, the music is a liitle annoying :)
i know ! it seems very challenging for a good night sleep to be honest... the purpose is to make your body get tired to get a deep sleep? haha
perhaps consider specifying that you are going to be using advanced poses that require major flexibility to enter safely. Or give regression options. Honestly very much the opposite of relaxing
Good yoga! The annoying music should be optional, though.
couldnt keep watching cause of the music!!!!
I loved the stretches, David ... but the music was too loud! I kept jumping out of my skin with that drum and I felt irritated, not relaxed. I like the mellowness of your voice and it's a big contrast to the suddenness of those drum beats.
Deborah Tree Thanks, Deborah. That's an older video. We'll try to keep the drumming under control on the new ones!
Your lessons are so good, but the music too loud and disturbing, that I had to stop.
dude, there's really no need to tie yourself into a pretzel in the evening! And, the music is nice but not for asanas.
Nor for me. And the music was super distracting. Some of the most uncomfortable yoga poses I've ever attempted. I don't think my limbs are long enough for some of the binds he does. I'll stick with Fiji.
This hurt very badly. Do not do this video if you like to actually do yoga, not just twist yourself into uncomfortable and possibly harmful positions.
