1. Strict study schedule Know in advance how you will use the time during the day Clearly define the EXACTLY time at which you will work / study / do business and strictly adhere to this plan 2. Consistence is key The key skill is to learn how to produce consistent results whenever you need them. Regardless of your mood, good or bad days. 3. Learn to say NO If your good friend invites you to have coffee together, learn to say no. Do you want to play video games? But now is not the time for that - just learn to say no. Just postpone this activity for another time. Write it down on your future to do list and schedule it later. The less exception you have for "No", the more productive you will be. It's just discipline. 4. Make time for fun Be sure to plan what brings you joy and pleasure. There is no point in studying and working forever. Especially when you start to hate this process. Use this time to meet friends, read, play games. Enjoy at this time what you wrote down on your to do list later.. A change of activities is the key to a rest that "fills" you. 5. Exercise regularly This is not only important for health and beauty in the long run. Playing sports creates a large number of benefits that are invisible at first glance. it is also your investment in a pure mind. When the mental reset happens. In addition, during sports activity, the body creates a large amount of hormones. Because of what you stay longer productive, motivated. 6. Managing your stress Learn to recognize when you are stressed Find a way that suits you to deal with stress Maybe you need to talk to yourself and understand the causes of stress. Maybe call and chat with people close to you Stress never goes away, and you will have to learn how to cope with it anyway. Stress can't build up forever 7. Positive mindset Your general attitude towards your life affects everything. Deal with it How do you feel about your work or learning? How can you make your attitude work FOR you and not AGAINST you? The more reasons you like. The easier it is to do what you do 8. Focus on what’s in front of you If you focus all the time on HOW MUCH you need to do, then it is very difficult to act. Therefore, you need to make a clear plan for what your attention will be directed to for the next 24 hours. Plan your attention for the next 12 hours, 6 hours, 1 hour, 15 minutes. The better you manage your attention, the easier it will be for you to get results. The more pleasure you will get from the process Thank you for a great video!

The one and only true hack of learning a topic: Be so interested in the thing that you study, that you get addicted to learning more about it, and applying it so solve real world problems regularly. Without real world application, you have to force yourself, you wear your mental and physical health down and have no enjoyment in the long run. I would go as far as replacing one of the three learning blocks by applying the learned content somehow to a personal project. That knowledge goes deep into memory, trust me.

Hey Man ,
Congratulations For 500k 👏😍💖
The stress management part was SO HELPFUL. I usually find myself stuck in a stress loop and losing motivation every now and then because I keep getting overwhelmed thinking about the future. Will definitely try the 10 minute rule. You’re the best!!!THANKSS!!
This video motivated soo much! Can‘t thank you enough 👍🏼
In India , a top ranker in NEET and JEE studies for avg.12 hrs for 2 damn years !
Which is stupid af.
@@bestly837 Its not stupid its something we have to do cause there are like around 20 million aspirants giving the exams and only around 50,000 good colleges are there, many people spend multiple years in attempt to get into a good college. The competition is brutal
@@xSW1TCHBLADEx most aspirants who dk even what to do with their lives and are writing a test which has subjects: jee: mpc, why does one need to write a test for physics and chemistry if ur going to take a degree in cse?. The system needs to be changed alot.

I have an exams in less than 4 weeks which will decide whether I'll have to wait another whole year if I dont get the required grades. Working hard everyday, but not enough. Planning to kill it these coming weeks (at least 6 hours a day) . Pray for me. Ill update :)
Good luck .you can do it !
Alevels?
Same.
I'm studying for my MCAT and it's in 3 weeks
@@aquamarine245 how many hrs do u study a day? I have beeen trying to go 10 plus rs since a week but its so hard only make it till 7 hrs and tried to wakeup early but always snooze ugh
You’re extremely calm and composed. Strive for that kind of a mindset everyday!
The 10 minutes box is the most genious tip ever, thanks you!
Great tips because I almost forgot how to focus on studies after quarantine. Thanks ❤
Hey! Hi.. Today I felt motivated... Because I was not able to make my mind to study...
Pls make a video in future regarding online class time management in regards to our mobile phone or E-gadgets

I totally agree with u on crossing out a physical to do list is so satisfying!!
Him: Set a strict study schedule-
Me: Mhm mhm okay okay
Him:- and make sure it is met
Me: Nope
Ahh Hi Kharma Medic!! I don't know if you are reading this but I recently found your channel and I am blown by your efficiency and the way you work and handle social life with medical life. I am from India and I am also looking forward to persue Medical stream. I really loved your channel, keep doing what you are doing,it really affect lifes of many people. May god help you in your life.
When you said at the beginning "A huge medical exam" your face shows the exhaust and struggle you had past 6 months...lol
anyway you can make motivational college advice and speeches. keep up the good work bro
This is probably the best video I've watched on youtube.
During this outbreak, I really appreciate doctors, which would make me want to be a doctor as well. U guys inspire me so much, also I follow so many amazing study people. I am a good student at my school, but this pandemic made it so hard for me to concentrate. I wish i could study normally, but my situation wouldn't let me
Also what is your favorite type of books ?
Literally it is hard to study 3 hours a day and stay completely focused ;-;
Gradually build up you capability to the level that you need it.
Use pomodoro technique
@@dylancounte1448 I mean that's a bit of a extreme take. You don't need to study that much to make money, you need to study that much to get into a complex career or become a professional in something. Study time doesn't equal to money lol.
Focussing is indeed hard nowadays because we are bombarded with triggers and instant gratification at all times. Doesn't matter if you're wealthy or poor.
Gosh you are so lucky you have that time to study😲
I have classes and work for most part of my day and at night I'm usually very tired so most times i have roughly 4-5 hours to myself😪 Love your videos by the way😍
you my friend is definitely one of the best thing I have found on youtube....
I just noticed that normally I’m easily got bored when someone telling long story or making advices. But except when I listen to you! I’m willing to listen to your suggestions. Great job! It helps me really!
