    My notes:
    1. Get proper sleep (at least 7 hours)
    2. Exercise (before studying
    3. Separate work, play, sleep areas.
    4. Mindset change:
    - "thank God I get to study", not "oh God I need to study"
    - just focus on the day. One day at a time
    - specify what you need to do "I need to study x chapter, x number of pages today...". Schedule a plan time

I think working for 8 hours a day is ideal:
    5 hours for medicine
    1 hour for textbooks
    1 hour for linguistics
    1 hour for reading books
-Of course sleeping 7-8 hrs a day is very important to stay physically and mentally healthy
-Meeting or talking with your friends and relatives
-Having a nice hobby, its better if it is a sport. I used to swim but pools are closed now so I do calisthenics
That's it guys this is what I do everyday. Most important things are working smart and consistently, staying healthy and social. Have a nice day

You are able to study 70+ hours a week because you want to.
For me It's always a question of how far you want to go and what are you willing to sacrifice to get there. I used to study 70+ hours a week and a few years later work 70+ hours a week also.
Now I try to spend some quality time with people I love to ensure that these relationships stay healthy and strong. The key is not to prioritize what's on your schedule but to schedule your priorities.

Finally, a youtube who talks about how to focus a person's mindset, concentration, studying, and content about everybody struggling in "How do I learn something hard?" efficiently in the shortest amount of time instead of taking weeks, months, years, or maybe more than a decade and also the "Secrets of how a human brain really consumes and learn content and apply the knowledge". It will be useless to consume knowledge if we cannot apply the knowledge we gain from the knowledge. Also, talk about music for focusing and concentration, then problem-solving in mathematics, computer programming, introvert vs. extrovert vs ambivert mindsets, logical/computational thinking, mind/puzzle games, and brain-related content of the human mind's personalities/characteristics. I sub your channel. Extremely useful youtube channel doing research for me thanks. I am an ambivert but I am mostly an introverted person and undergraduate Computer science student. 7:00 Another classical conditioning technique if students are in a dorm setting and don't have that many options to study or relax, is to have a study lamp. That lamp is only used for studying. When you wake up and it's study time, turn it on, and when you are taking a break, turn it off and walk into a different room or get a snack, or watch tv on the bed. The brain reacts in the same way as sitting in chairs, as Zach pointed out, that when the lamp is turned on-- its study time. This is the source I found it from (Marty Lobdell - Study Less Study Smart - TH-cam ) time flew by when I watched it, he is very entertaining to watch and makes the lecture very simple and motivating

From the hardest engineering school of my country.
1st year I studied about 70hr a week and barely pass 80% of clases.
2nd year I studied 50hr and did much better with better techniques
3rd to 6th year I only studied about 10 hrs per test / exam (30 a week). And got one of the highest scores. Learned that it's not about the number of hours but the techniques of how to learn and summarize stuff efficiently
