do you have ways to study medicine very well, why sometimes we study hard , and we don't get high degrees , and about comparison when I see some students get degrees higher than me, I feel disappointed, what is the solution for this?
This shows that discipline and dedication tops intelligence. Not to say that Nasir is not intelligent we all know how incredibly smart he is but so are many other medical students. Yet, what is truly exemplary and absolutely inspiring is his study ethic that I know for a fact only very few even less than a handful of students at KCL perhaps practice at the level that he does. This is truly encouraging to anyone who thinks that intelligence is innate and that no matter how much they study they can’t overcome their natural intelligence. This is pure work/study ethic and discipline at its finest. You never cease to inspire me Nassir
He made me realise that what truly matters is how focused and active you are during your studying blocks. Earlier I thought that I was studying a lot but he made me understand that the problem was that I got distracted way too often and in any given 1 hour study session, the active study time was merely about 20-25 mins.
Omg, I didn't realize how much I needed to hear this! I start med school in a MONTH and I honestly feel so anxious about what is gonna come at me but this was EXACTLY what I needed to hear thank you so much, Nasir!
Nasir: "Don't focus on how other people study!" Me: watching Nasir study... 😂😂 Excellent video! You give the perfect recipe for absolute success! 👍💯 I especially like the part where you say "Carve out some time for yourself!" In fact, I follow it almost religiously - and hence I'm watching this video at work!🤣🤣
Other people can advise a way to study or they can make you catch up because you realise you procrastinate too much and they have already finished their paper, revision or homework.
@Living Soul I agree with what you said about people not needing school and that school doesn’t give us the knowledge that we actually need, because yes, school is useless and we are never going to use the things we are taught in school. Also, yes, parents do give us the correct knowledge about life and they teach us things we actually need for life, unlike school.
This is actually applicable to life in general whether studying for college or preparing for any life situation. Goals, steps, balance. Thank you for this!
Bruh dude time has passed like water bro, I remember when I first started watching you were in the 3rd year . I can’t believe a YEAR has passed so quickly !
