Good day atty. This day i learned so much about the applicable laws and jurisprudence on parent's visitation right and tender age doctrine under the family code. When the wife did not allow his husband to visit his child the husband can file a case of visitation right and when child is below 7 years old it called tender age doctrine under the family code because the mother can give the tender age that they need. Thats why they give to the mother by default. Thank you attorney for free legal advices to his viewers' legal problems by explaining the applicable laws and jurisprudence. #justicebuddy #EacCaviteSchoolOfCriminology

Good day Atty. Thank you for today's lecture. I learned the Batas Sa Visitation Right. When the mother of the their child refuse to grant him visitation, it is alright except when the father of the child file lawsuit to have an agreement on how many hours should the child to borrow child. We all know that the mother have a custody under Tender Age Doctrine in terms of family code especially if the child is under the age of 7 years old but still, father have rights to visit his child. Judicial process is means it will go through in court to talk about time and date of visits of father. Extra Judicial is when father and mother will only have to talk about child on what time and date of hours father's visit. God bless Attorney Jeffrey.

good day atty. bajita thank you and godbless for your hard work and They will arrange the parent's visitation schedule in the Visitation Rights section. In addition, I've learned how to navigate the legal and extralegal processes. If the child is in the custody of the mother, the father has rights to visit the child but there is only an assigned date and time. It depends on their agreement.

    Lesson 20
    BATAS SA VISITATION RIGHTS
Good morning, Atty. Thank you for taking the time to tell us about the visitation rights. I've discovered that the parent's responsibilities or obligations to the child are shared by both the mother and father. The mother takes special care of her children under the age of seven, and the father has the right to visit them. The father of the child may bring a lawsuit if the mother of the child refuses to visit. Mothers frequently give their children custody under family law, as they are legally responsible for providing them with the sensitive care they require, especially if the child is under the age of seven. The father has the right to visit his child, but only for a certain amount of time, such as a few hours or days.

Good day atty. Thank you for another interesting video lesson. Today I've learned a lot about the Batas sa Visitational Rights. When it comes to child custody, if the child is under the age of seven, or what we call the Tender Age Doctrine in terms of family law the custody of the child is on the mother. While the father have the right to visit his child but if the mother refuses to his visit the child's father can use fo r visitation rights in order to have a legal and formal discussion of the Arrangement.
This is the to ways in Visitational Rights
    1. Judicial - It will be heard in our court and will discuss the time and date of the Father's visits.
    2. Extra-Judicial - The father and mother of the child wil discuss when father can visit, as well as the hours of the visit.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge Justice Buddy.

Good day Atty Bajita! Thanks for this video about visitational rights of the father, this have 2 ways judicial court processed and extra judicial is the conversation between the childs parents, they both have joint parental responsibility or obligation and right in their child, but if the child is below 7 years old, it is called tender age doctrine in family code because thry believe that the mother can give the need of the child, that's why the law give the child to their mother by means of default, if the child is in custody of their mother his father have right to visit them.

    Good day, Atty!
Once again, you never fails us when it comes to discussing lessons that are very important for us.
    Here are my insight for this lesson;
    Lesson #56
    VISITATION RIGHT LAW
I have learned that custody of a child is in the hands of the mother until the child reaches the age of seven, but the father can claim visitation rights. The Visitation Rights section is where they will discuss the parent’s visitation schedule.
I also learned how to use legal and extrajudicial systems. When we say judicial, we imply that the case will be taken to court, and when we say extrajudicial, we imply that the parents will settle the case themselves.

Good day atty! Thankyou for sharing this new lesson.
Parental Visitation right, in Judicial process it will undergo through court and in Extrajudicial the parents will only talk about the visitation.
The parents have Joint Parental Responsibility or obligation and right to their children, but if the child is a minor or 7yrs old below under the tender age doctrine of the Family code by default the child will be given to his/her mother, and the father will be given a chance to visit his children.

Lesson 20: BATAS SA VISITATION RIGHTS
The Batas Sa Visitation Rights were something I learned. It's fine if the mother of their child refuses to give him visitation, unless the father of the child files a lawsuit to have an agreement on how many hours the child should borrow. Thank you for another another educational video. In this lesson, I learned that
visitational rights are the right to talk or negotiate about the child's costudy
and the arrangements for the parents' visitational rights. Parents have joint
parental responsibility and rights, but custody of children under the age of
seven years will be in the mother's fault due to the tender care doctrine or
needs. Under judicial supervision, the father has the right to visit by
controlling a day and hour, but in extrajudicial supervision, parents must
    compromise.

They have two option based on the Law. First, is the Judicial when they decide to face each other to the courf for the costidy of the child. Second, is when they settle down or talk about the arrange of visitation to child. Also, I've learned about the child that below of 7 years of age, the costudial parent will be the mother based on the tender age doctrine. Hello, Atty. Thank you for sharing yet another vital lesson with us.
    56TH LESSON
    VISITATION RIGHTS OF PARENTS
-When it comes to a child's visitation or custody, both parents have rights. They have two legal options: the first is judicial, which is when they decide to go to court to fight for custody of the kid. The second step is for them to get down and speak about scheduling a visitation to get to know the child.
-If the kid is under the age of seven, the mother is the custodial parent under the tender age concept, but the father has the right to visit the child on a pre-arranged day and time.

1.there are two option for the parents regarding to visitation or custody of their child. first is the judicial apporach were they will file a case to the court to settle on which parent will have the custody of the child or the parents will talk to come up for an arrangement for the custody and vistattion of the child.

hi atty thankyou for sharing this kind of video lecture
Under the family code, custody of the child is usually with the mother because the law assumes that the mother is capable of providing the tender care that a child needs, especially if it is under the age of (7) seven. On the other hand, the father has the right to visit his child where the child is, but it is necessary to regulate the days and times discussed by the parent.
    Two (2) Ways:
    (a) Judicial - the case will go to court and it will decide for them; and
    (b) Extra Judicial - the parent or the child will decide what will be the arrangement to the custody of the child, with that, there will be no need to file case.

Good day atty. Thank you for this lesson.
    Batas sa Visitation Right
The custody is often given to the mother if the child is under 7 years of age because the court believes that the mother is the most qualified to provide the delicate care that a child requires. The father has the right to visit his kid, but the days and hours must be agreed upon by the parents themselves.
There are two ways in terms of visitation rights.
    1. Judicial - The case will go to court and the judge will decide for them. It will discuss the time and date of the visitation of the father to their child/children.
    2. Extra-Judicial - The parents will talk alone and decide the arrangement for the custody of the child.

    Lesson 47
Good day Atty! Thank you for another lesson. I’ve learned that if both the mother and the father share the parent's responsibilities or obligations to the offspring. Children under the age of 7 receive special care from their mother and the father has the right to visit the child. If the mother or child refuses to visit, the child's father may file a proceeding. Mothers often grant custody of their children under family law, as the law stipulates that they are responsible for the sensitive care they need, especially if the child is not yet seven years old. Will be. Fathers, on the other hand, have the right to visit their children wherever they are, but parents need to have limited days and hours to discuss.
There are two options for visiting rights.
    1. Since it is a judgment, it will be heard in court. Discuss the date and time of your father's visit.
    2. Only children can be discussed outside the courtroom between the father and mother. Time and time that the father can visit. With respect to custody, the father can sue for the right to visit for legal and formal discussion of the allegations.

Judicial means it pass through court, and extra judicial the father and the mother of a child they talked and arrange how they visit their child. Under Family code the child who 7years old below is called Tender Age Doctrine and law see that the mother can fulfil the needs of a child or the tender age needs, and if a child custody is under to the mother the father have right to visit his child where they lived but it regulate.

There are two options in visitation rights first is the Judicial, in which the case will be passed to the court and the court will decide on the custody of the child. In terms of visitation privileges, there are two options.
    1. It is judicial, which means it will be heard in our courtroom. It willdiscuss the time and date of the father's visits.
    2. Extrajudicial - only the child will be discussed between the father and mother. When the father is able to visit, as well as the hours of his visit.
When it comes to child custody, the father can seek for visitational rights to have a legal and formal discussion of the issue. However, if the child is under the age of seven (7) years old, or what is known as the Tender Age Doctrine in family law, the mother usually has custody. Because the law assumes that the mother can provide more for the child's requirements at this age, If the child is in the mother's custody, the father has the right to visit the child, but only on certain days.

When it comes to judicial there will be a process that will go through the court. And extra judicial says that both parents will talk about the matter or case. And they both have a joint parental responsibility. I also learned here in this video that if the child is under 7 years old of age (Tender age doctrine) the mother has the right on the child. And for the father of the child, he has the right to visit the child but it is regulated by the law, it has schedule or time where the father can visit his child.

It is timely to introduce to them the law behind parent's visitation right. According to the family code if the child is below seven years old the custody must be in the mother side. Atty also discuss the rights of the mother and the father. He highlight the difference between judicial and extra judicial. Judicial will undergo with the process in the court wile extra judicial will only have agreement between the two. They have both joint parental responsibility and obligation however the child is below seven years old and it is called as tender age doctrine. There are two options in visitation rights first is the Judicial, which the case will be passed to the court and the court will decide on the custody of the child. But by default, under the family code, if the child is seven 7 below, the custody will be given to the mother. The second option is extrajudicial, in which the parents will talk about the visitation and custody of their child without filing a case in court.

Good day Atty! Thank you for another informative video. In this lesson, I learned that visitational right is to talk or negotiate about the costudy of the child, about the arrangements of the visitational rights of the parents.Parents have joint parental responsibility and rights but the custody of the child age 7yrs old and below will be in the mother by fault due to the tender care doctrine or needs. The father has the right to visit by regulating a day and hour under the judicial but in extra judicial parents need to compromised.

    Two ways in visitational rights
    1. Judicial - It will go through in our court.
    2. Extra judicial - The father and mother of the child will talk and have an agreement in their visit.
The father can sue visitational rights to have a legal and formal discussion of the arraignment when it comes to child custody.
But, commonly if the child is below seven (7) years of old or what we called Tender Age Doctrine in terms of family code, the custody is with the mother. The law assumes that the mother can give more the tender age needs.
If the child is in the custody of the mother, the father has rights to visit the child but there is only assigned date and time. It depends on their agreement.
    Thank you, Atty!

    Lesson 20
Good day, Justice Buddy! I learned that until a child is seven years old, the mother has custody of the child, but the father can request visitation rights. In the Visitation Rights section, they will set up the parent's visitation schedule.
Besides that, I've figured out how to negotiate both the legal and non-legal systems. By judicial, we imply that the case will be brought before a judge; by extrajudicial, we indicate that it will be settled by the parents themselves. And there's the Tender Age Doctrine, which states that a child under the age of seven has the same requirements as a mother, which is why they're in the mother's care.In accordance with their agreement or a court order, a father has the right to see his or her child.

Good afternoon Justice buddy I learned that A child's custody is in the mother's hands until the child reaches the age of seven, but the father can seek visiting rights. A father's rights include the right to visit his or her child based on their agreement, and not a court's ruling.

    Lesson 50
    Good Day Atty Jeffrey Bajita
    Batas sa Visitation Right
If the mother of their child or children refuses to let him see them, the child’s father may launch a lawsuit
If the child is below seven years old the custody will default to the mother because she can provide the tender care for the child. And also the father have the right to visit his child but it defends on the arrangements of co parenting.
In terms of visitation rights, there are two options.
    1. Judicial means it bring to the court to finalize the right of the parents. It will stated the schedule of visitation.
    2. Extrajudicial means that it will be intimate discussing of the schedule between the parents and the child and also they have the same responsibility.

    JUDICIAL AND EXTRA JUDICIAL
-kapag judicial ay dadaan sa court
-kapag extra judicial ay mag uusap nalang ang nanay at tatay
-meron silang parehas na join parental responsibility or obligation and right sa bata
-kung ang bata ay below (7) seven years old ay tinatawag na tender age doctrine
-may karapatan ang tatay na bumisita sa anak kung saan nakatira ang bata, pero may oras at araw ang pag bisita ng tatay.

Lesson 47 BATAS SA VISITATION RIGHT

But by default under family code if the child is 7yrs old below the custody of the child will be on the mother and the 2nd option is the extrajudicial in which the parents will decide what are the condition of the visitational right without filing it to the court.

Lesson 56: Batas sa Visitation Right
I learned in this topic about Visitation right. It is stated that a kid's custody is in the mother's hands until the child reaches the age of seven, but the father can seek visiting rights. The Visitation Rights section is where they will negotiate the parent's visitation schedule.
Judicial - It will be heard in our court and will discuss the time and date of the father's visits.
Extra Judicial - The father and mother of the child will discuss when father can visit, as well as the hours of the visit.
When it comes to child custody, the father can sue for visitational rights to have a legal and formal discussion of the arraignment.

Good day po Atty. I learn today is about the Parental Visitation rights and I learn that ex-partner can can file a case to the another when they don't want to bring their child to him/her, that grant visitation to the one who get refuse. The Law assumes that the mother is capable of providing the tender care that a child requires, especially if the child is under the age of (7) seven. The right to visit his/her child the days and times discussed by the parent must be regulated. There are two options. 1. It is JUDICIAL, which means it will be heard in our courtroom. It will discuss the time and date of the father's visits. 2. EXTRAJUDICIAL - Mother and Father of the child will just talk about it.

In Lesson 53 on Education on Human Rights I learned that in rights on visitation that these types of situation must have a legal or formal conversation about the custody of the child specially when the child is under 7 years old the custody will automatically in the mother. If the mother declines to go to the father’s place other party will not have a choice unless they take it to the court where the arrangement and time will be discussed. Also, there are to ways in these situation judicial(take it to the court) and extra-judicial (personal conversation) of their joint parental responsibility of obligation or right to the kid. If the kid is below seven years old it is called the tender aged doctrine under family code where mother believed to have greater ability to give tender need to the child and the right of the father is to have visitations that is regulated under the compromised time-frame.

    1. Judicial - means that it will go through in our court. It will talk about the time and date of visits of the father.
    2. Extra judicial - the father and mother will only have a talk about the child.
When it comes to child custody, the father can seek for visitational rights to have a legal and formal discussion of the issue.
However, if the child is under the age of seven (7) years old, or what is known as the Tender Age Doctrine in family law, the mother usually has custody. Because the law assumes that the mother can provide more for the child's requirements at this age,
If the child is in the mother's custody, the father enjoys visitation rights, but only on predetermined dates and times. It is contingent on their agreement.
