It wasn't firm enough for me so I had to buy more nanocubes from their Amazon store. Annoying that they don't ship to Ireland so had to arrange an alternative way to get them here. There's not enough cubes for a side sleeper, you'd definitely need another bag or two of them. I got it for 70 pounds in their New Year sale with 35% off and that was a decent price, unfortunately the price went up because I needed extra Nanocubes. It's hard to get a pillow case that's the right size for them but fortunately a few sellers on Amazon have 100% cotton pillowcases that are made for the Simba pillow. The best thing about it is definitely the way it keeps you cool. I'll be interested to see how it does in the heart of the Summer. It's important to only use 100% cotton or bamboo pillow cases, otherwise the cooling benefits won't work. Most pillow cases on the market are made of polyester and cotton and they will warm up this pillow
We have these pillows love them easy way to find the cool side is the blue piping around the edge that is the cool side grey is the normal side I think they grey is duck down
This is just my second night with the pillow and I'm finding it too soft even with all the cubes in it. I suffer from neck pain but don't feel that this pillow gives me any support at all. Still awake at 1.43am because I'm finding it so uncomfortable to sleep on. Maybe I'll get used to it.....if I can persevere long enough!!
@@F7INN no, no matter what I tried it just didn't work for me. It actually made my shoulder and neck pain worse. I have now returned it and am awaiting a refund. Pity as I love the mattress.
@@roughharbour871 I want to try one but I'm worried about how they don't offer a trial period like other expensive pillows do. They say it can only be returned unused which doesn't showo they have much confidence in it
@@F7INN I think if your reason for returning is genuine e.g. it worsened neck or shoulder pain etc. (my reasons for returning) then they will refund. I suppose it's a chance you take.
Hello, Thank you very much for the video! Did you keep the pillow? It seems that you weren't convinced with it after a couple of nights, so I am wondering if you decided whether it is worth it or not. Thank you very much
@@AshLOVEsTECH Thanks for the speedy response :) I'll need 2 of these pillows one for me and one for my partner. Right now there's a discount. If I buy 2 it drops from £99.99 each to £84.00 each. I can add a discount code which then takes it down to 75 quid each. Much cheaper than full price but at 151 pounds that's still expensive for what is essentially 2 pillows. However sleep is super important to me and I won't mind paying if it's worth the price. I enjoyed your review because on the first night it seemed like you wasn't convinced although you did have to take out a lot of nanocubes. Will you say that it is clearly superior to a normal pillow or just a bit better? Again thanks for the reply and I will make my decision based off what you say. Cheers
Christian Lionel it’s worth it. Nothing to lose. I think they also have a trial period where if you don’t like you can send back for a refund. The outside fabric is v cool too. Works great.
Well they do as your rights allow you 14 days to return it for a full refund if you are not satisfied and you get 200 nights on the mattressess, but £99 is a lot I agree...
@@johng1420 But to be able to return in that window it has to be unopened and unused unfortunately. I'm stuck between this and the Tempur cloud, and they offer a 30 day trial period so I'm probably going to go with them

Ha. I hadn’t noticed that. Gonna have a look tonight. Thanks for the tip.
The way you just flung your head into the pillow😂👌🏼
I've thought I'll be watching a pillow review 🙂 but I liked it and I'm off to watch the follow up. ( mine is still in a box by the door)

Great review! Would you use this with a pillowcase or without ?
retex73 thank you. I would 😁
Thanks for the awesome review.
I'm buying one for me and one for the wifey lol.
Hi, great video! Odd question re packaging: was the plastic sealed or was the pillow slipped inside?
Not 100% sure from memory, but I think it was lightly sealed with a sticky which allowed for easily opening.
It wasn't sealed, it was just a bit of clear Sellotape sealing it
can I try it?? :)
hey man, do the foam/cubes smell at all? I've recently bagged a mattress and its still quite smelly/foam fragranced.
Nope. I don't remember it being smelly. Only a normal new smell.
Could you do a follow-up review please 🙏🏻♥️
👍 will see what I can do.
Good review 👍🏻 just waiting on our pillows they come tomorrow can’t wait to try it out, bought the hybrid mattress which we love already 👍🏻
kevin worrall they are really good once you get the right amount of filling for you. I dont have the Simba mattress. May check that out next.

Yes. Still using it now. 👍. I’m thinking of making a follow up video....
Ash LOVEsTECH that would be great. Thank you a lot
Pedro Borges my follow up video is posted. 👍
Is the pillow firm with all the cubes?
Hi Lucie, yes it is. I choose to have it less full for a flatter softer feel.
I find it too soft even with all the cubes
Could you please do a follow up review?
yes, I will do soon
Thanks very much!
Follow up review is now posted. 👍
Still happy with it ?
Yes. Still good and have a full bag of extra blue foam cubes to put in if needed. 👍
Where do you get this? I can only find the old model

Nice review. Are you still happy with the pillow?
PrincessJaetara I am. I haven’t needed to add any more of the extra small square foams yet.
@@AshLOVEsTECH Is it worth the money or would you say that if it would be more reasonable at £20.00, £50.00 Etc
Christian Lionel I got it when they had a £20 off deal. For that price it’s worth it. Best pillow I’ve ever had and seems to be lasting well so far.

it looks so comfyyyy
As comfy as a potatoes bag!
I got mine off very..ended up sending it back it was flat as a pancake and didn’t even get extra stuffing with it .definitely not worth £109
Simba want £99 for a pillow but don`t offer a trial period like other companies. Stick it where the sun don`t shine Simba!

@@johng1420 That right only applies if it's unopened or faulty, simply not liking it doesn't entitle you to any legal rights of return
