I've tried the therapeutica pillow and I found the Anvo Cervical Pillow to be far superior and for half the price. I've had 15 back and 4 neck fusion surgeries, so I have tried every pillow on the planet and that was the only one that helped me. That being said I'm not a medical doctor and I'm not claiming to know more than you, just saying what worked for me.
I've used the therapeutica for 7yrs. Just had my first cervical disc replacement (c6/7) surgery and therapeutica feels too firm, so going to try out the Anvo! Thanks!
I am a doctor of Chiropractic and I agree it s the very best neck pillow in existence! The only thing I have to say is that some patients complain of the smell when They first get their pillow. But all they have to do is take it out of the Cover and let it sit out for three days before using it and the smell will go away.

Hi, on the Therapeutica website (where you can print out the ruler you show) they say measure "to the outside tip of the humerus bone". Is it the same as the "AC joint" you mention? On their picture the measuring point seems to be farther out than what you show. Thanks.
It's so good I travel with the full size pillow and carry it with me in the airport. Never had anyone tell me I can't carry it for free in addition to a carry on and small bag!
Is this anecdotal information that the pillow is the best? What is the best position for your head/neck to be at during sleep? Front facing or to the side?
Praying it helps! Have done a lot of pillow research 😂. Have been getting migraines for years and am associating it with neck and shoulder/upper back pain. Botox helped but planning a pregnancy soon and don’t think that will be an option anymore. Wish me luck! Thank you!

Get a tape measure measure out the sizes in inches on the pillow ruler and update.
He did not care enough to do this. Not sure why. I guess he wants us to call the company?
I tried this pillow but the wedge that sticks out under my upper back is very painful.
Could you tell the measurement lenth of the ruler in inches. Thanks
