I passed up a 100ml bottle of Balenciaga Pour Homme for 129.99 back in 2018 free shipping from Melbourne. Im obviously kicking myself, but dab myself with my small 4ml from time to time just to rub it in even more. The stars aligned perfectly when Gerard Anthony concocted this magical potion. I dont understand why it isnt reissued, by anyone for that matter. It is bliss in a bottle.

Hey Raffi. I went through 2 or 3 bottles of the Balenciaga. The last one was finished up about 3 years ago. I miss that scent. I own nothing like it now. I still have a liitle bit of vintage Lauder. I still like wearing it every now and then.I did own the Ferre when it first came out and I think I gave it away. I have never had the stale piss smell yet. LOL. Hope I never do.I do have the current Caron and I like it a lot. Three notes of bliss and it is one that my wife likes. Thanks for video and the associated stories.
Interesting. I find Caron pour un Homme pretty timeless and actually very appealing to the ones around me. But i never smelled vintage formulas. only the more current ones. To me, it's fantastic, actually. Heritage is also a great fragrance.
Great selections there ❤....May i suggest Caron Le'3homme + Estee Lauder Intuition for men both absolutely beautiful not the easiest to find but have noticed them appear sporadically online...🔥👌
Hmm, well you're right about the Balenciaga, it's amazing. But your weird dismissal of Gianfranco Ferre Homme and outright disrespect for the Caron are noted. I'm glad you corrected yourself about Heritge being discontinued though.
I have high standards for these vintages that seem to all smell very alike. Especially the lack of variety on the men's side because societal norms at those times dictated that a man must smell like these certain things only. Most of these vintages hover around the same set of notes. Not saying the Ferre wasn't good; not at all, it's just not as good as others in the same genre that I already have, and the Caron smelled like my grandad. I let them both go actually, but kept the Lauder for men, now THAT I want a full bottle of. Perhaps I should be more articulate in my videos, sometimes my mind runs faster than my mouth can keep up, but if you consider the other 5 fragrances in this list, the Ferre & the Caron don't even come close.

I wear Caron pour un Homme to bed. It’s vanilla and lavande. The new version. Very soft and smooth.
I have that same Santos Concentree bottle and my god it’s good! It totally blew my mind too! 😀
I've had more compliments wearing that thing than anything else in my collection...so weird

Maybe it's the connection to my grandfather that makes it smell dated to me
will keep an eye out. I've always had my eye out for troisiemme but it never popped up recently
