Salman is the only brother of four sisters. He had a difficult operation one and a half years ago. I haven't been able to pay yet. We didn't know that everything will happen again. Aga Khan Hospital is very good but very expensive. The doctors have asked me to arrange it again. I am very worried. We are not that rich. Please tell me if there is any such hospital or any such institution in your country which can treat Salman
