Nothing worked untill I changed DNS to the one you suggested then worked fine, packet loss is down to 1% and my games are loading correctly, I thought my Xbox was goosed but this solved my issue, thankyou. Absolute legend!

@@randalljwilson489Yup this is Xbox live side. About 3-4 days ago, I started lagging bad while playing so I checked my wifi and saw that my packet loss was at 100 %. I got a new router and modem after resetting them so many times. I thought maybe getting a new router and modem would fix it but it was still at 100% packet loss. Had ISP come to my house and they said my Internet is just fine. I've literally tried everything but still it's at 100% packet loss

UPDATE: Xbox diagnostics test is lying. The packet loss is fine when you actually start playing on the game. Packet loss was at 0% in game.

A internet que eu uso é a alares, sou de Fortaleza. O cara acabou de sair daqui de casa e não conseguiu resolver o problema.
Agora se eu pegar um roteador que tenho configurado uma vpn para jogar PUBG , funciona. Mas se eu conectar o cabo direto no modem não funciona, só funciona se eu passar pelo roteador que configurei a VPN

Que coincidência, bom saber que não sou so eu que sofro com essa Internet e como vc disse eu sempre usei também e nunca tive problema, um técnico disse que vai vir aqui e vou ver o que eu faço.
O curioso é que conectando o xbox pelo 4g do meu celular não há perda de pacotes, funciona liso, carregamento, os jogos, conexão com a nuvem, coisa que não funciona no Wifi, que só pra abrir a loja do console e carregar o conteúdo já demora um pouco, tudo que é carregamento e precisa de Internet o wifi não aguenta.
Estou com esse problema a 3 dias me atrapalhando, se não resolverem provavelmente vou mudar de operadora.
Uma coisa é fato, a qualidade da Internet decaiu bastante e acho que é por isso que começou a ocorrer esses problemas, antes do nome virar Alares quando ainda era a Multiplay era perfeita, raramente tinha problemas.
No Warzone por exemplo, consigo jogar pelo wifi e lá pelo jogo mostra 0% de perda de pacote, porém a latencia varia bastante, vai de 45ms pra 111ms, dps volta.
É um lixo, e você liga pro suporte e fica naquela ladainha de reiniciar o modem, tirar da tomada e blablabla

Definitely not doing that I am not changing my DNS if you change your DNS then you will still be experiencing all the packet loss The issue isn't on your internet service provider end The issue is with Microsoft and Xbox services itself they have an outage right now and you're just going to have to wait I called my internet provider and they said I have zero packet loss so the reason why you're seeing on your Xbox 100% packet loss is because it's through Xbox which you're going to have to wait on them to fix it do not trust these TH-cam videos
