Any chance of seeing an upgraded video? I pulled mine apart and noticed the shimming and motor alignment job was terrible. Had a bad air seal too. Looking to change a few things like cylinder, cylinder head and nozzle, spring and piston but not sure which to get as I don’t have a heap of parts

Hey Guido, if I use a slightly longer barrel and hopup, would that save having to change to a ported cylinder? If I correct airflow and size ratio?
Secondly what would be a "make it crazy" mod/upgrade list?
How to make it up 300fps? I already change 1.28spring Oring 11v battery and getting 240-250fps,my stock cylinder is 80%, you had 100%🤔 thanks for your videos mate, really helpfull for newbies like me.
That chrono should be set to 7.3mm for inner barrel diameter and 0.22g weight for your standard heavy milkies. Nice video man.

Hey mate awesome review. Got mine few weeks ago already started mods of course. Just a heads up on the motor gear mine wasn’t tight from factory and slipped off in gearbox while shooting. Good blaster and solid design.
I know this is a cqb blaster but i dont understand why they havent made more Bullpup designed for this purpose, Similar size with out compromising barrel length and with out the issues of real life fire arms (Ejection port, trigger). I would think the Lehui Steyr, or the QBZ T95/97 would be ideal, I have the T95/97 (Which you reviewed before) and while the gearbox is not the greatest its very compact and takes M4a1 mags and drums so it has larger ammo capacity. I think those are very good qualities in a cqb blaster.
...not many Bullpups out there with credit Bruh, love my AUG, the Travor looks weighty, T95 nice build, but the SBR AR platform is the way to go for CQB
There are a few good bulpups.. AUG, P90, T97..
Would love to have a Famas, L86 or MDR gelblaster, i have always been a fan of the bullpup! Maybe some way down the line..... Oh and the p90 i totally forgot about that one (and i own one)
If I just put a better spring in it would I be hitting 200fps above ?
I didn't want one of these until now. Damn it. HLF made the UMP as well didn't they? Well the shell anyway (BYO Gen8). I love my UMP. Really well built little blaster..
Hey guido, i dont know if you picked up on it but the stock piston is actually a nylon rack piston, ive heard people have had them fail after acouple of mags due to the metal sector gear tearing up the nylon rack

the black spring cord is that connected to the bottom cord in the gear box or the top one? because mine fell off in the mail
the adapter is for the xyl mags to fit the hlf. also i really wish our retailers got the xyl instead cos it seems to be quite a bit better
I dont see how that can be possible. The spacing is too wide for the 9mm mag. Its pmag width.
The XYL seems better out of the box but noticing people having the mosfet burnout once using a ln 11.1v or a high torque motor
@@davidmendez1859 how many people you know that burn out there mosfets? Im using 11v with no problems. Haven't felt the need to change the stock motor, rof is fine but motor does get pretty warm.

Bought this for my son for Xmas.
Really disappointed as it was struggling to get gels to shoot and when tested was only shooting at 170fps.
Any suggestions on what could be happening with the terrible load up of of gels and what mods to make it get up to 250fps.

I recommend using hard gels, and performing the modifications as I did in the video. 70-60% port, M90-95 spring, air seal check.

☺😊😀😁😂5 smile's got a working M4 primer on a ACR have you tryed???? i did 3 types blow, triped or stuffed the clip motor set up 😡'Ouch but application for this one all working on a 1.3 spring 11.1v but the feed will not feed on a 11.1v its the high rpm 1.1 spring almost zip out you get the odd one on single and auto but a 1.3 single almost good for use miss the odd one but full auto zip nota thing as it looks like the set on motor to clip is way out on a 11.1v and 1.3 spring the clip could be on a 7v or 9v set as high rpm not good but we know that out the box dam ACR J10 and JM so back to mod think a good variable resistor to get it working or delay and this is on the original not the M160.......1.1 spring is around a M85 which is meters a second.
Great vid you should do a review on a full metal M4 because I haven't seen someone do a proper review on one and I think your a prime candidate for the job
Metal just means the outside is metal, the gearbox is what makes the blaster.

I have a J11 ak47 Gen 11 coming this week iv ordered a hop up for it already but what I’m interested in is what metal gears ⚙️ do I order for it and what size green O ring for the plunger also? Obviously I’m gonna bye myself a metal barrel for her and possibly an 11v batterie if I can get one that fits inside the butt stock sleeve! Once iv done that what sort or FPS do you recon I’ll get from it ? Thanks for all the contend I enjoy watching your channel as I’m new and this is super helpful 😎👍🏼

evilbron666 cylinder to barrel ratio.. You’ve got to match the amount of air coming from the cylinder to the size of the barrel. If there’s too much air coming out of the cylinder (100% cylinder) to a short barrel (250mm under) it’s too much air causing the projectile to fly off course. Not enough air (50% cylinder) to a long barrel won’t have enough air to push the projectile out properly. There’re plenty of videos on this on TH-cam

Hi Just got mine today. Its shooting mashed up gels .. changed to a 60% cylinder with a m90 spring and its still having the same issue. Anyone facing the same problem with hlf arp9?
Yup, feeding issues are terrible. I’ll shoot a few good shoots and then the t piece will fill up backwards. Have to release mag, empty and reload. I’ve got an m90 in mine atm still using the 100% cylinder and only getting 200fps. I’ve shimmed it properly and using silicone oil on the oring now too.
Hope someone have a solution for this.
I fixed the feed issues with a new t piece, used the fighting bro one. Just had to file the locating tabs down a bit and didn’t jam up once 🤙

Have an XYL ARP9. Very good build and performance out of the box. Not used an HLF in a game situation but i have inspected one up close and fired it at targets. Must say the XYL appears to be of far better build.
