Lloyd was probably gonna have some random from thier ranks to see if anyone would be able to pilot it at its full potential only problem was there was already one but not on thier ...... Kallen ended up having a upgraded knightmare frame that rival even that of suzaku's even at his grass curse state

Code geass has alot of background characters with interesting stories that are interconnected. For example there are a group of Pilots that die this season that can be identified by when they say their brother's names as they're dying. They were Dalton's adopted sons because Dalton ran a orphanage while being in the military and was a great father to those boys. So when he "betrayed" cornila that really smeared his name, so they join the army to try and clear his reputation. I think by then end of this season only one of them is alive. When you really look into the lore Lelouch killed a lot of people and destroyed alot of families.

Well it is obvious that Guren S.E.I.T.E.N is a 9Th Gen type while Lancelot Conquista is a 7Th Gen so Kallen Had Far superior power so really Lancelot was out classed and out matched in Performance and Firepower.

Hell even in the Albion, a far superior knightmare, Suzaku only barely tied with the Guren S.E.I.T.E.N.

The only times i can think of where one beats the other is when one side has a later generation knightmare, like the Conquista beating the base Guren and the S.E.I.T.E.N beating the Conquista. You might be able to make an argument for the specs being the big factor in the fight between the S.E.I.T.E.N and the Albion though
With the Exception of Suzaku and The Knight 1 All the Knights of Round (at this fight) are kinda pushovers to show bad ass Kallen is . They never really live up to the hype Gino usually takes out grunt Units before getting taken out by Kallen, Suzaku or that One Chinese guy. And Anya kinda just sits back and fires her massive cannon
