Flushed Away DS - WORLD RECORD any% Speedrun in

Whelp, I think we’ve exhausted all the major timesaves for this run.
Turns out you can beat The Water Plant mission with no upgrades on the Jammy Dodger, but there’s only a small margin of error before you die. However, if you can get it, it saves about 7 minutes over the Ice Slinger route.
The run itself was a pretty good. A little sloppy in Piccadilly, and the Le Frog fight had some bad RNG.
The only optimizations left are seeing if we can RNG manipulate the last two boss fights so they don’t waste our time. I’m not sure if it’s possible to get sub 15 minutes, so this may be the last minute barrier broken for any%.
