Beautiful house. I agree with another commenter about having the exterior stone work all around the house not just on the front. The first floor primary suite could be an in-law suite. The primary upstairs bedroom seems to be the owner’s suite. I would decrease the size of that huge laundry room upstairs and use the space you would be saving for something else. Maybe the desk in the laundry room is for a sewing machine or crafts. Not sure about the open space near the windows. I love the sizes of ALL the bedrooms, walk in closets and bathrooms. For the basement, room 1 could be a game room for foosball, ping pong and/or free standing arcade game or gym/exercise area. Room 2 hang out area with sectional and small round table with 4 chairs for eating. The 3rd room would be the theater/movie/media room.
Love your basement configuration! Upstairs, that is one big laundry room. I think accessing the whole space was challenging so they made it one big room in the plans.
This is a beautiful property. My only gripe about this home is that it's not 4 sided brick at this price point. Hardie Plank siding is still cement so it's not all bad and it has a brick water table. At the end of the day, #LocationLocationLocation 💯
Hiya! I'm late this week viewing. I had to look at the comments to see if anyone had stated this looks like an earlier home tour. Yep! I believe the previous was darker wood. I like this color pallet more. I love the accesible door handles too. Things like that are so important. Not all builders. Nice wide baseboards too. That's a lot of house! That pool is gorgeous. I love the buffer. I think on the side visible to neighbors, I'd hire a consultant to help to determine how to add more privacy. They're a bit too visible/close for that price. Obviously, the builders really respect your professionalism to offer early views. Congratulations on building and maintaining those connections. Love the music as usual. Wish you'd publish the playlist 😊
I love that you have a special icon by your name lol, so cool. This is the exact same floor plan as 122 Owens Mill Place, a few doors down. Great eye and memory. Of course the finishes are somewhat different and it's a completely different elevation. There's definitely room on the neighboring side to add privacy elements. I think some fast growing greens would do the trick in time. Thank you as always for being such a great supporter of my channels and videos, I really do appreciate you. Maybe one day I'll release a music playlist... maybe ;)
This is a gorgeous house. I love the steel doors, wall o' windows, and their tile choices on the walls and floors. The backyard (and side yard) is incredible with its yard and luxury entertaining area. It's a great multigenerational home with the two primaries. You could land a small plane in the laundry room. What I'd do with the desk in the laundry room? Rip it out and build a dog wash. Thanks for the tour. Stay inside/cool. East coast is brutal right now (I'm in No. VA and plan to be inside in the AC until October)
That property is very nice. The upstairs primary is way better than the one on the main level. This was a nice tour, and that room w no windows would be my theater.
Prices are creeping up globally. In Toronto right now a house thats built in the late 90s with builder grade laminate countertops and other finishes 5 bedrooms( bedroom 5 being in the basement) will be around this price. It’s refreshing to see million dollar mansions for less than 3 million actually look luxurious and not builder grade outdated houses.
@@mtchar9312 that's crazy... I heard the market was expensive there but dang. How does it compare to Vancouver? I'm originally from Montreal. It's getting expensive there too but nowhere near TO prices
I love it personally! Made the switch over a year ago and I feel like I've taken a good leap forward since. What do you do nowadays if not real estate?
💙Beautiful home, I love it!!! Area 1: Workout room (the sunlight shining through is very motivational)... Plus the quick access to the outside would be a great space for running laps... (I would take out that chandelier) Area 2: Dining/ Kitchenette area Area 3: Movie Room (but definitely would take out that chandelier, too) Thanks for sharing 😇
I like your layout idea. If that 6th bedroom doesn't get used as such, maybe for me that would be the gym. Room in the back without daylight would be my TH-cam studio:)
@@TerenceRichardsonTours The basement bedroom would be my guest bedroom... 😜🤪😝 I already have the other 5 rooms assigned to my live in family members😂🤣😅
Despite some other comments, I love this house and land plot. I saw some other properties in 4-5mil range that offer less then this one. Outdoor area is absolutely perfect, I would also spent the most time there. Love the kitchen with that pantry. Not sure about such a large vine fridge as we are not drinkers 😂, but everything else thicks my boxes. Two toilets in upstairs primary bedroom ensuite is just overkill😅.
It's definitely not a traditional portico entryway by any means, but one can use the space as a foyer by putting a sideboard table on that left side after the office doors, on that wall.
@@TerenceRichardsonTours I LIKE ALMOST EVERYTHING, THE FLEX ROOM IS BIG, I COULD MAKE IT INTO RECEIVING/LIVING ROOM, THE KITCHEN IS ALSO BIG, WITH THE LIVING ROOM INFRONT OF IT, CAN MAKE IT INTO FAMILY ROOM, BREAKFAST AREA COULD BE A DINING AREA, LOVE THE SWIMMING POOL WITH GRILLING AREA AT THE BACK WITH ANOTHER AREA FOR ENTERTAINING , THE BASEMENT WITH LOTS OF ROOM ONE. COULD BE A MOVIE ROOM. THE BEDROOM ARE HUGE WITH BIG CLOSET, , NICE BACKYARD
House is beautiful! Why don’t you discuss the area and the convenience of the neighborhood! It’s beautifully done ! All it needs it’s an area for a second full size fridge
I do sometimes, but I felt like this was already a very long tour. If I made it a mainstay in future videos, what would you like me to cover specifically? What kind of local information?
I totally agree. waaay overpriced. I just looked at a house, 14,000 square feet, a swimming pool, 2 lakes, basketball, and tennis court all on 33 acres of land for $2.5 million. This house is not even on 1 acre 😂
@@dawnbrown3176 says something about the location for that much house, on that much land to be so cheap. There's no question you can get more for your money in other parts of Atlanta. But on that north side, from Alpharetta/Milton and now flowing into Canton, these homes are finding buyers, so some people are willing to pay the asking prices. Was the house you saw in Fayetteville?

I would be out there in the back yard every morning drinking my coffee and eating breakfast, enjoying the pleasant scenery
I hear that, of all the homes I've filmed on this channel, I feel like this one has the best overall backyard and view back there.
Dang, that pool's awesome... Agreed, upstairs is the master bedroom. Downstairs is a guest suite.
Definitely!
I would use the huge laundry room for my scrapbooking.
That's a cool idea for the space, thank you

Four side brick would have been nice, no doubt.
This is a beautiful house! the thought details are very unique! The wall windows to the outdoor really stand out
I really do love the wall of windows. That backyard, the view through the tree line into the pasture behind it... just amazing!

2.37M and it's not four-sided brick? There's no way that house is worth 2.3 million and it only has brick on the front of the house.
Let's see if someone pays their asking price or not

its not really cheap plastic siding though. Its the fancier wood/composite siding. You see it in higher end homes in the Northeast

Hi Brigita, agreed! It's a beautiful home! Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Great Homes! Terrace ; Please tell your builders to add 240 v NiMA 1450 outlets in garages for electric cars ( future proofing )
It would be relatively easy to add these to all garages to be honest. Good idea

Too Close to the Neighbors for 2.3 in my opinion. I need a lot more privacy
