Milky qualie lives and breathes the t.t, the commentary was amazing and the track knowledge the man has is incredible.
Its people like this that make the t.t what it is...
I just did the TT!!!.....what an awsome way to show how the course challenges any persons who dares too ride!!.....My heart is still pounding, and I'm going to do that again!!!.....
These men have absolutely no fear.... Just blows my mind the courage it takes to ride that fast....
Might be the most frightening video I've ever seen of the TT. Really captures how the rider in front blocks the view of the road.

6:28 he's moving his arm to represent the shifting. he lifts to go up?? why?? he didn't have the reversed shifter? he should push down to go up normally on race bikes? unless he kept regular shifter which is kinda counter productive if you wanna go fast. isn't it?
He might have been imagining he was on a superstock.
@@vainparasite you could be right but, if i'm not mistaken, the type of bike doesn't count. reversing the shifter is allowed on superstock. and it's a legit move as it helps to free the angle on the left. not to have the foot stuck under the lever when turning. it allows them to shortshift easier in case of wheel spin too. so... i don't know. doesn't look practicle to keep regular shifter.
@@JayB-lz6yd yea my track bike is race shift for that reason even tho I'm slow as fuck 🤣🤣🤣 I thought the engine and gearbox in superstock couldn't be altered in any way, even though it's just a linkage alteration 👍👍

Most of the footage is almost 20 years old!
It's all old footage they can't do anything about it
@@JagerVolks Its not all old footage at all, a lot of it is post 2010 and has been down scaled to match.

@@JagerVolks A lot of it did, especially professional, high production sporting events. The problem most likely doesn't stem from the source material but rather the 'streamy' low bitrate style it was published in.

That's a guy who lives and breathes the TT, gotta love it.
And to think all of this is going on in his mind as he pushing through the TT. Simply amazing.
Makes such a difference when its someone that loves what hes talking about. The way he was talking/acting it out even got my mum into it and she hates the TT.

Milky's re-enactment helps non-riders appreciate the mind-bogling level of skill, physical and mental power and concentration needed to do this. Not sure how this could be made any more real for spectators. Being there is one thing but this adds another level of understanding not possible just standing beside the track. Absolutely fantastic !

I felt so much for Hector Neill, the pain in his eyes at that memory @1:33:09 Having to look Davids mother & father in the eye must have been absolutely heartbreaking. Hector seems such a humble man and DJ was such a full of life character, one of the toughest losses to fathom for mine. RIP David Jeffries, the 125mph man that we will never forget.
May the TT go on forever.

I still am taken aback every time I watch POV racing at the TT. No other sport is as challenging or literally death defying. How humans are capable of this is beyond. I think they said it take 3 years to get a good feel and understanding of the course.

No disrespect to DJ, absolutely brilliant rider, but at the time it seemed so unfair to allow a 1000cc bike to compete in what was the 750cc class, the V & M team were known for producing missiles in every class, my feeling is that if DJ had been on a 750cc, he would not have matched the fast 750cc riders like Dunlop, Moodie etc. I watched the UGP from Leathemstown when Joey beat DJ on the ageing 750cc Honda, but that was pure determination as Jeffries had stated that Joey would not be any competition for him. Great to see all these older races though.
He moves so well considering his balls are the size of space hoppers.
I'm sorry, I just don't have the memory for this... I'd be lost on the circuit by turn 4 and be flying through someone's window.
I also think it's funny. The vintage racing body positioning looks amateur by today's standards (talking about the upper body and head position).
