I'm from Oregon, this is my old stomping grounds. I'm transplanted to Tennessee, but still love the scenery of home. All the best to you.

I'm from Northeast Oregon, far from Portland and the coast. It's mountainous and forested. The Gorge is beautiful, too. I do miss my home town, but mostly my family. I haven't been back in many years.

How awesome is that! I believe that the only time a lantern is required is when you're a Lantern Head and you do not want to be accused of being a Stovie!😎👍🏻😉🔥☕

Awesome trip! The Bridge of the gods is referring to the area and not the bridge. The bridge of the gods was a landslide that created a natural earth and stone dam and was given the name by the natives. The dam, that had formed a lake, eventually washed out thus is no longer there. I'm guessing that you knew that, but I thought I would give my 2 cents worth... LOL!!! Great to see ya Dude!

We honestly was not sure why it was called that till we googled, that is exactly what google said too. Pretty neat piece of history! Thanks Jon!
