They always have so old buttons and stuff :D Even the newest ones, check them out, for example the 488, it has very strange air ducts, radio controls and the middle console where buttons like race mode etc. are located. They already look old and after a few years it will become obvious.
KS Maxim yeah... I don't know why he bothers reviewing these (old) cars. We've seen these reviews everywhere. His channel is unique because of the autobahn top speed, not because of the reviews.
This was my dream car when I was 5. This is still one of my favourite Ferrari’s today. Yes it might not be as fast as some of their new models but it’s still a quick car, and it sounds better than some of the new ones.
The 430 Scuderia was and still is my favourite car of all time and i was lucky enough to see one irl and its beautiful. Even the F12 doesnt look as good imo.
The F430 is a wonderful transition between older and newer era of ferraris in my opinion. Because of the lens your camera is using, the video will never feed back how beautiful this car is in real life. Also this was one of the last road cars where Michael Schumacher was heavily involved in testing and developing i belive.
So cool that you noticed that, as I have had the same experience. When I look at my 08 Red Spider in person, the styling is so beautiful it blows me away. It doesn’t seem to come across in photos or videos. Can’t figure it out.

Dylan Wrong. A gated, 6-speed manual transmission was available from the factory. In fact, this was the last mid-engine v8 Ferrari to be offered with a manual.
Drove one of these, absolutely loved it. Felt amazing, so balanced and it still has almost 500bhp in the rear wheels, not exactly slow even by todays standards lol. That engine note right behind your ears when driving is orgasmic 😍
I have a F430 spider & F12, and I can honestly say I get more excitement from the F430 over any car I’ve ever owned. The feel and exhaust note is a dream! I knew exactly how you were feeling in that video!
For me, the styling still looks fabulous 15 years on. I agree with you that it looks awesome in the silver metallic/dark red leather combination. The metallic paint helps the smooth flowing lines to be seen more clearly. The performance is still awesome too even by today's standards. Great review! Thank you for posting it.
My dad has one, drove it several times and its so damn easy to drive. You first think, older car, raw power...probably radical and difficult to drive, but its actually so damn easy and light to drive, you feel so safe in that car its scary
I think the F430 is probably my favorite Ferrari. The 458 and 488 are cool but i feel that they're designed more for showing off than going fast. They're designed for the rich kids in Beverly Hills. Plus they've gotten too powerful, it gets to a point where you can't use all the power on public roads.
F8 has 720 horsepower. That's waay too much. Even in Germany when there's 60mph on country roads, you slightly press the pedal in 6th gear and already going 80mph
@@anabang1251 F8 is ridiculous.. announced as for "celebrating" the Ferrari V8 tradition and they fuck up the whole thing using that turbo V8 lol thats not a true Ferrari V8
The exhaust valves open at 3000RPM. The Manettino is indeed a driving mode switch, and alters the gearbox progamming and suspension as well as the E-Diff and stability control. The normal position for the road is Sport but you are probably wise if you're not familiar with the car to start as you did in Low Grip if the road's wet. I don't know what you think but I've driven many manual and F1Ferraris and this was the first where the F1 was actually more involving and more fun than the stick shift. Contrary to what you say, the suspension is electronically adjusted on all F430s and is softest in Ice and Low Grip, a bit firmer in Sport and firmest in Race and CST Off. The improvement you mention with the Scud was an extra button to soften the dampers in the upper modes to give better traction on normal bumpy roads. Does still sound good doesn't it!
My dad has one. It‘s not special for me anymore, but everytime I drive with it, it puts a big smile on my face. That sound is so damn good and you can hear it 3 km away. That’s a real NA V8

I own a 2005 430. It was my retirement gift to me. Love my car and I think it is the best bang for the buck for a used super car and I love the design. I have a Silverstone grey with the brown tan leather interior. Super fun to drive. The air conditioning and heater is of a bad design along with the radio that came from the factory. My sticky buttons were taken care of along with the exhaust. I am 5’ 9” and I am ok with the seats being comfortable. I prefer my color compared to a red one. I like it better than the Lamborghini models of the same year. 41,000 miles on that year is a lot of miles.
I don’t know why, but definitely one of my fav ferrari. This sound is so gorgeous, you feel like in a race car; the shape and the lines are still absolutely amazing… They should do a modernise f430!
My favourite Ferrari. Driven two of these cars including a Scuderia. Just fabulous. On a my list. Soon! - fantastic review BTW. that's how do it. almost 300 clicks. bravo!!!
I have a manual 430 and it’s a lot more fun than the paddles. The paddles are a bit quicker in changing gears. My car has 15,000 mikes on it and it still looks like new. I have the stock exhaust and it does get loud when the valves open up. If I put an after market exhaust in no way could it pass smog where I live. Every two years I have to get the car legally smog tested. If I put it in I would have to put the stock one in every two years.

Mihai Constantin Alexandru yes they do, just like Ferrari in their V8s. Flat plane Crankshafts are not used in regular Production cars (sedans, suv) because they lack torque in the lower rev range and fireing order as they are acting like a 4 cylinder engine balancing wise even if they are indeed an 8 cylinder engine. A cross plane V8 will be superior in Daily driving a is can achieve a smoother idle and will be more efficient in the lower rev range.
@@NameSchema100 that mean that this solution "flat plane crankshaft" is not that hard to find. I think M3 e90 has a flat plane crankshaft in its V8 and I believe, because I just don't wanna spend lots of time google'ing, almost all the supersportcars has this solution.
Mihai Constantin Alexandru yes, typically sports or track cars will use a flat plane crankshaft, because it is lighter weight than a cross plane crankshaft witch means less rotational mass and therefore a higher and lighter rev potentional. Also the Engine will be more efficient a a higher rpm, which is also good on a sports car which will be typically used at higher revs. Racecars almost always use the flat plane V8 except at the dtm/gt4 where factory engines must be used except for a dry sump oil system. It is really easy hearing the difference between a flat plane and cross plane V8.
I recently drove one of these (pretty close to the Netherlands funny enough). It was an incredible car. It may have been the one with an automatic and paddle shifters, but they were pretty easy to get used to and surprisingly fun to drive. The way this thing accelerates from 80 to 120 while that engine screams in your ear is just an absolutely insane experience. And the best part is, it was surprisingly stable even at high speeds. I never had the feeling I need to get out of the car or felt any back pain whatsoever. I'm 1,94m (or 6'4) and it fit like a glove.
I hear you - did hit 280 with Ferrari Maranello 550 way back in 1998 ! At 220 the steering changed and become like butter and the way car sit on tarmac like clue gave so much confidence dispute the speed but then again these car are made to go fast and are like Lada 1200 in cities or at low speed.
Beautiful car with awesome sounds . Wished all car channels would do it like this , some great info about the car and then some nice high speed pulls , keep those great videos coming ..
Apart from all the people who prefer the automated shift... Those feel it deserves to bought, you know, the ones who bought so many more than the manual ones..
Stephen300o the automatic is garbage... replace a 6-7k clutch every couple years is unacceptable. I drove the auto and the manual and the auto is for old people that like driving slow
That’s a childhood dream car right there! I dunno if it’s because I got older but these were the golden days I mean... mclaren were whooping everyone in F1 (V10-8 screaming days) you had cars like the, Mercedes mclaren slr, f430, Lamborghini were at their prime, Aston with their beautiful DB series, the mk2 focus Rs and so many better versions of cars were in productions then. Cars like this F430 are time capsules to a bette time, to a time where super cars were influenced by f1 technology. Love the videos!
I think that this absolute classic will be insanely amazing in satin black wrap , Gloss black Vossen rims , Modern Xenon lights with a modified blackened cover .
Oh man, how have I only just seen this. Absolutely love these, loved that noise since I first heard it on Project Gotham, used to play with this and the Carrera GT. Wrong title or wasn't supposed to be uploaded
Semmo Jr it is still there, what are u talking about?
I recently drove one of these (pretty close to the Netherlands funny enough). It was an incredible car. It may have been the one with an automatic and paddle shifters, but they were pretty easy to get used to and surprisingly fun to drive. The way this thing accelerates from 80 to 120 while that engine screams in your ear is just an absolutely insane experience.
And the best part is, it was surprisingly stable even at high speeds. I never had the feeling I need to get out of the car or felt any back pain whatsoever. I'm 1,94m (or 6'4) and it fit like a glove.
This was back when the Italians where on another league
Believe me, they still are.
maybe most underrated Ferrari. Looks amazing, sounds great, driving must be passion
Hit like if you guys want to see Max driving Bugatti Chiron !!
2:40 have a holes in brake discs?
Yeah, perforated brake discs. It's so more air enters the disc, so the heat gets dissipated faster, cooling the disc down.
I'm shocked that some people don't know this 😅👀
@@tunalad yes thank you.
@@armaniii111 No problem
@@gepixelt7712 not all people the smart like you
Beautiful car with awesome sounds . Wished all car channels would do it like this , some great info about the car and then some nice high speed pulls , keep those great videos coming ..
like si te resulta gracioso como dice "feruari"
Relevante technische specificaties bij alle tests in het tekstblok zouden niet misstaan ! Verder een top kanaal !
Wouldn't buy one, only the manual deserves to be bought
Apart from all the people who prefer the automated shift... Those feel it deserves to bought, you know, the ones who bought so many more than the manual ones..
Stephen300o the automatic is garbage... replace a 6-7k clutch every couple years is unacceptable. I drove the auto and the manual and the auto is for old people that like driving slow
OUt of all the Ferraris. This is by far the best. My dream since I was a kid too. Plus its also comes in a manual option. True classic!!!
The view through the rear glass is amazing. Museum view.
Absolutely loved the sound of both of them. What a video this was, grinning from ear to ear and laughing my head off with joy 😂😂 what a car ❤❤❤👌👌👌
F430 and 430 Scuderia are my all time favourite Ferraris. If I think what a Ferrari looks like, I think about F430.
Hi I love your videos are you using gopros!?
Thank you keep on going!💪🏼
Really love this guy's videos, best job in the world! Good work buddy keep it up from Scotland
this one is by far the greatest ferrari review on youtube!
One of my favorite ferraris and for me, the one with the best engine sound
The audio quality of your videos delivers the adrenaline to us as well, appreciate it.
Sun is out im in my ferrari- does life get any better than that!! Yeah that’s fast even today, similar to my old e60 m5. Great review 🙏👍
F430 Scuderia in either silver/grey metallic or white is the dream. May not be the fastest or the newest but god damn I love the looks so much.
