    Try to keep it in one place on a vertical axis, the bar is going near your stomach when you bench and it’s a lot easier and better for gaining muscles to keep the bar in a line during the rep.❤❤

    hey bud, good video. I would try and fix the form, this might activate your shoulders more than your chest/arms
