Being a lifelong Ford guy and a Mustang owner myself ,what a great barn find here. I also really like the Gold Lincoln MK IV I saw in the background. .
The internet sure is a tree of knowledge with comments made of good and evil. You can literally see the venom and jealousy spitting out of some of these peoples minds and mouths. Can one not simply enjoy that these gems of the automotive world were shared with the world before they were tucked away again for another 20 or 30 years?? I truly appreciate you showing these American beauties to us John. Thank you.

That’s funny that you came to the conclusion that the Boss 429 is like the 03 cobra terminator you have because Mr. Ford said in a quote that the 03 cobra is the closest thing to the boss 429 that ford has every made and only time will tell if it will be as collectible.
Back in 2001 I could have grabbed a 69 Mach-1 restored for $6000. Had the cash in my pocket but I knew my wife would've killed me. Should've done it and faced the wrath.😂
Thats because he could care less about these cars. Just another guy jumping on the bandwagon to flip antique cars and make money. Unfortunately, this is the reality of the car hobby once the TV industry started doing car shows and auctions. Less about the cars and always about the dollar.
So untrue as far as my interest, but if yall have convinced yourself of that, I can’t change ur mind. Plenty of these cars I get offered good money on and I don’t sell em. Same reason I wanted to keep these around and resto them at our shop.

It was not the fuel crisis, the insurance companies started comparing weight vs engine horsepower of all vehicles. Got really expensive to insure the muscle cars.

Car has been repainted - an amateur looking at the KK sticker in this video can tell its been repainted. Also - Kar Kraft never cut these cars apart or modified the shock towers. Shock towers were installed by Ford when the car was being built at Ford. Lots if innaccurate information presented here.

The smog equipment makes this 429 very valuable. Can be sold in California. Kudos. Definitely dream car.

The BOSS 351 is the quickest of the bunch
I wish Dennis Collins would have found this stash. Would have resulted in a far more interesting and in depth video. Just my opinion.

It’s nothing special. 115k 840, I’d sell it for 15,500 runs drives everything works, drives well

What's the story on the Blazer/Jimmy?
