    This full lower body leg and glute workout is a big one! I made sure to target the quads, glutes, and hamstrings in their lengthened and shortened position for a well rounded sesh! You don't always have to do this much in a full lower body day but since I messed up my training split this past week I had some making up to do! Some days I am also just in the mood to challenge myself with a big workout! So if you are up for a challenging leg day and want to make some serious gains, give this a try and let me know how it goes!

    WORKOUT:
    1a. Adduction Machine 2X12-15
    1b. Abduction Machine 2X12-15
    2. Barbell RDL 3X6-8 then decrease the weight a bit, rest a minute, and do 1X10-12
    3a. Front Foot Elevated DB Split Squats 3X10-12
    3b. Leg Extensions 3X10-12
    4. Triple contraction BB Hipt Thrust ( you can also use a HT machine instead for easier set up) 3X6-8
    5a. Lying Leg Curl 3X10-12
    5b. Rounded Back Extensions weighted 3X12-15
    increase the weight each set if possible!
