Procession, memorial service for fallen Idaho deputy

Deputy Tobin Bolter was shot and killed in the line of duty during a traffic stop in Boise. Hundreds of law enforcement are expected to participate in Tuesday's procession prior to the memorial service at the Ford Idaho Center.
