Rock Fishing for BIG Lingcod at the Coronado Islands | San Diego Saltwater Fishing

We went fishing at the Coronado Islands in search of Yellowtail, but the bite was slow so we opted for some rock fishing. We were able to catch several big red vermillion rockfish, as well as a really nice Ling cod while fishing live bait sardines on the dropper loop.
We also got to see a mola mola sunfish and a whale that came super close to the boat!
Just another day in paradise.
