The Dior house has to have the best atomizers on the market. When you sprayed that bottle Carlos it looked like a firehose of mist lol. Awesome review!
Trent Danner totally agree with that. The mist and spray control are top notch. The only other house I know of that does atomisers this well is Omonde Jayne.
Just got it on a blind buy too, was 75ml though & I couldn't agree with you more, it's a fantastic fragrance. I am a huge fan of the OG but this is so much more refined & easier to wear. It's up there for me with Dior Homme Parfum... Love it, love it, love it!!!!
I was sent a tester of this or a variant of it way back in 2010 and paid to do a survey of it... I fell in love with it and my girlfriend at the time went crazy over it. Need to save up and get some more, its been too long.
I agree Carlos!! After my initial purchased, I just had to go out and get a back up bottle . . . it's fantastic !! I wear it in the cooler/colder times of the year, especially for upscale occasions.
Just received a bottle on a blind pick up & OMG this fragrance has got to be one of the best designer fragrances out there... Fahrenheit LP & Dior Homme Parfum, are quite simply in a different league for me when it comes to designer fragrances, although I will also have to a nod to Blue De Chanel EDP, haven't yet got my nose on the Parfum version yet soon though, but I've heard that there's no point in buying it if one has the EDP already, as they are quite similar?
The Parfum is way more musky i actually prefer EDT cause of the grapefruit emphasis and freshness. But everyone’s different. If you like sharp and fresh EDT is for you. If you like musky, warm, sweet, you might like Parfum. Parfum in my opinion is for the older crowd: 35+

Dior is, as well, my favourite designer house and Fahrenheit Le Parfum is niche quality imo. My Top 5 from Dior are: 1º Dior Homme Parfum; 2º Fahrenheit Le Parfum; 3º Eau Sauvage Parfum; 4º Dior Homme; 5º Dior Sauvage. Like always, great review Carlos! Cheers!
Great review Carlos! I'm kinda new to fragrances, but it always intrigued me when people said the original Fahrenheit smelled like gasoline. Love the enthusiasm ya have during these reviews! It really brightens up my day. Lastly, I know skin chemistry plays a role in how a fragrance smells, but I was curious which notes work best/worst with YOUR personal skin chemistry?
Great review Carlos. Like you, I was impressed when I bought this treasure (blind buy) 1 year ago. It is a must for all fragance lovers. Keep the DNA Of the original fahrenheit but removing the gasoline and adding vanilla and rum. Great longevity and sillage.

This sounds amazing. Love the boozy vanilla accords for certain situations, there's something so cozy about it. I gotta give this one a try! especially if it doesn't have that petroleum note lol
When I smelled the original Fahrenheit, I couldn't get passed that gasoline/petroleum opening. I've smell the Fahrenheit 32 and I'm 50/50. However, I want to smell this, the Aqua and the Cologne flankers. Those seem to be well liked.
Oh no, now you raised awareness around my “secret” except summertime, day-to-day fragrance. I have Creed Aventus but I wear just this Le Perfume, because of perfect Bourbon/rum and Vanilla. Around 3 years now.

Completely agree with you. It's absolutely superb! I need this bottle. And thanks for the Tauer L'air du Morrocain suggestion. Got a sample recently and it's probably the best thing I've ever smelled, although a little tricky to come by in the UK.
I recall rocking the original Fahrenheit a couple years ago when I borrowed it from my Uncle's collection. I would love to try the Parfum edition to see how it fairs on my skin.

Not that I don't like the scent of watermelon because I love it, it's just that it's what I smelled on my skin. Wonder if anyone else can relate. The 2014 still looks gorgeous. I've always wanted to smell this because I'm a huge fan of the original. I still keep the original in my collection and wear it pretty often in the fall and winter. I also own 2 flankers, 32 and Aqua. Both are excellent. Aqua Fahrenheit is the best summer fragrance I've ever owned. I would also say it's the best fragrance with the word Aqua in it's name. Exceptional warm weather scent. I can't believe it has been discontinued. I suggest you get a bottle before it's gone. You will not regret it.

Fahrenheit was my signature cologne during my 20s and I love it . Later on I felt in love with Gucci envy which I love but now is discounted. But now after watching you and your reactions I'll go get me a bottle of Fahrenheit. There are a lot of good colognes that were released during the 90s. That are amazing . You should try to do a review on Carolina Herrera men that was released during the 90s. Thanks Carlos 😊
You'll think I'm nuts but I still own a bottle from the 80's and never threw out. It still has some left. It didn't sour but out of curiosity, I'll need to sample it and also sample this 2014 release. I have a few from back then that I used to use, never finished and still kept...
I've got the original Fahrenheit I think from somewhere around 2013 - 2014. But I heard it got reformulated and that the one I've got supposedly sucks. It smells nice, a little bit syntethic to be honest but I wouldn't wear it before I'm at least 30 years old.
My favorite Fahrenheit is Summer 2007, followed by Absolute. I just got the chance to try these recently, because an aquaintance of mine has every one of the Fahrenheit line. They are the only fragrances he will wear. I just found that out not too long ago and got to check them all out. Le Parfum is not a favorite of mine, but I do like it more than Fahrenheit.
Never owned any Fahrenheit but thanks to you now know that fragrances go through reformulations. There have some that I remember loving and smell new bottles and think mehh what was I thinking, that smells nothing like I remember. Liked and shared.

An absolute masterpiece . Much smoother than the original and the vanilla Drydown is unmatched.
