How to spot fake Dior Fahrenheit perfume
First of all, you can't tell the smells are identical, but the fake perfume doesn't last even 20 minutes.
The original Fahrenheit perfume costs 90 euros and was purchased here www.fragrancex.com/products/_..., the price of the fake perfume varies between 20 - 50 euros.
The box is identical, you practically can't figure out which is fake or real, but there is a safety element ... the weight (see in the video).
The cardboard box that protects the perfume is different, for the fake perfume it is white, and for the original one it is black.
The bottle is identical, only the serial number on the bottom of the bottle is missing from the fake perfume. This serial number must be identical to the serial number engraved on the bottom of the box, if this code does not exist, it is not engraved (box), then you are faced with a fake perfume.
The fake press button shows the CD logo, the original shows nothing.
Another safety feature of the Fahrenheit fragrance is the inside of the push button (see video).

There are more than one type of fakes, there are also those that have a sticker on the bottom.
Just like the original atomizers in Dior Fahrenheit, there are also at least two, I have a different one in batch 2019 and a different one in batch 2021.
In the 200ml bottle of 2019 I have exactly the same as the original in this video, and in the 100ml bottle of 2021 it is smaller. Both bottles are original.
The most important difference that you can see right away are the connections of the foil on the box, there is a different one in the fake, which is not shown here.
Pretty vicious that they made a perfect package and you only notice the fake when open it. Definetely one of the better fakes, almost impossible to spot without direct comparison.
yes so it's getting harder and harder to spot the fake… it's based on the idea that you can't open the box

Very helpful (and non-annoying xD) vid my guy, thx! Besides batch code obv, I recommend paying attention to the cap - I have 200ml and you could swing the bottle around by the cap because it fits really tight, weight is also 12.2g, very cleanly made as the original one shown here.

Yes it is just as good .... but it does not perform on heat ... it is a very sweet perfume and heat is its number 1 enemy.

Скажу более- у них даже качество аромата не особо отличается. Разницу можно заметить лишь в уходящей базе. Настоящий фарик даёт мягкий аромат цветов вымоченых будто в бензине, а подделка воняет какой горелой пластмассой

Ecли кто шарит, подскажите, купил тестер eau de toilette 100 мл, на флаконе лак, снизу круглая наклейка, гравировки нет, крышка на зуб металл, но магнитит только её верхняя часть (видимо что-то металлическое внутрь впаяли), батч код пробивается; в самой жидкости то ли ворсинка мелкая, то ли волосочек плавает. Дно толстое. По ощущениям через пол часа чувствуется если только в упор принюхиваться.
Паль или нет? Видел утверждение, что на 100 мл и в оригинале тоже лак на флаконе.
В оригинале никаких ворсинок и взвесей плавать не должно. Батч код элементарно подделывается и по сути ни о чём не говорит - вы же не выкинете парфюм через 36 месяцев ))) По истечении срока годности с ним ничего не произойдёт. Лучше скажите где и за какую цену купили. Если покупали на каком то маркетплейсе, то 99,99% что это галимая паль. У меня был оригинал цветное стекло, потом лак. Паль пока что встречал только лак, хотя может уже и стекло делают.
Perfume companies should reveal their authorised dealers, importers and distributors for every country, another random sticker number that can be traced and checked directly on their website with every year manufacturing , the real problem is the grey market sellers who sell both original smuggled product with the fake as well. On their website Creed prices are expensive but renown web stores are selling on discount, this also a problem as customer tends to go towards lower price.
Most companies will verify a seller over the phone if you ask (I've asked plenty). Numbers are relatively easy to find if you look and are willing to hold.
@@LoudCitizen you can only verify a few, i'm a collector , i buy from duty free shops of airports like dubai, doha, singapore, hong kong etc. where 99.9% you will get the genuine product as they buy direct from the factory
@@MrMAKFoto I agree, I only do so now with unknown sellers and suspicious items. For instance, my Prada Amber Intense showed up in a tester box, as I knew it might (I purposely bought a tester). The seller is reliable, but... this box says "Not For Resale" and the batch code is not on the bottle. So I will check with Prada about all of this. The same seller sold me Dunhill, and this morning Dunhill nicely returned my message left over the weekend (!) and I had a great talk with the lady. She told me my seller is not authorized. So, a bit of contact over time with the major perfumeries does pay off. I'm going to have lots of great relationships with perfumeries as time goes on.

I have that perfume but mine says the whole name Christian Dior instead of just Dior on the front, and on the bottom of the decal where the lot comes from it has a small Latin i

Thanks for the Video. My wife bought me some Fahrenheit for Christmas, and at first it definitely has that unmistakable scent that I remember from when I was young. But sometimes after a little while or later in the day, it begins to smell like what my wife describes as "baby smell" which, unless I am mistaken, is NOT what Fahrenheit should be smelling like after 8 hours. It sort of has a fresh laundry scent later in the day, but I remember Fahrenheit being more "spicy" through the day. I do know that it smells different now that It has been re-formulated, and that it smells different to some people, but her description of how it smells on me is not what I feel it should be. I asked her where she bought it, and she wont tell me, so now I am wondering if she bought if from one of those shady cologne stores in the mall, or via Amazon. This will help me know for sure.

So I checked the bottle using your video, and it seems like its legit. It passes all the tests. So is there anything to the "Baby smell" or fresh laundry smell that I sometimes get from it later in the day? Have you experience this at all with the new formula?@@FakeCip

I recently purchased this a week ago and the box and the bottle does not have the "flame" logo (right side) at the bottom. Also the arrow with circle logo (left) is not the same. I've a "human/stick figure with 3 arrows inside a circle" logo (left) The batch number is embossed in the box and "laser etched" at the bottom of the bottle together with the address. My batch number indicates it was March 2022. The formulalion # is the same as yours No 12948/A. Is mine fake?
