The key is too eat as late as possible especially when you need your focus, or have short proteine meals in case. For energy and focus in the morning and afternoon you can use your electrolytes, supplements and thee (or coffee) wich gives you enough energy to prolong your meals, i rather have a decent meals after a workday to enjoy. In a parasympatic level you digest way better as well also, good video tho' !
