Hi friends, in today's much needed self care vlog, I'm diving into something super important: finding the right balance between work and life. I share my journey and how I've been getting better at prioritizing my own self care and well-being. Self care is not just about eating right and working out, but also about setting boundaries and knowing when to say no. Prioritizing our self care is so crucial for our mental and emotional health. I've learnt that the hard way, but now I'm all about doing things that really fill me up, like hanging out with loved ones, exploring new places, and getting into hobbies that spark my creativity. Let's reflect and reset together.
