Hey Snack Master General, I am from a city called Kolkata (Calcutta), from Eastern part of India. This is the city which invented the Indo Chinese cuisine and Kathi rolls. It is a foodies paradise. Even the famous food website EATER selected Kolkata among the ten cities across the globe as the food destination 2023, the only Indian city selected. However, I am writing this comment for you to try out KOSHA MANGSHO, a mutton dish (goat meat), if available there. It is a Bengali speciality.😊

I am a foddie from India, I have been exploring Indian food by myself for 30 yrs and I havent covered 50% of it all.
And I bet everything I own on the fact that you havent tasted actual Indian food unless you had it from where that dish actually originated within India..
    Good luck & have fun..

Hey ! Love watching your messages. I have a recommendation. You should try the maharastrian style black curry chicken( known as kala rasa cha chicken) I can assure you it will be better than any food you have had until now.
