Great review! I have been waiting for some reviews of this unit, but there aren't many out yet. How would you compare the sound of the Cayin RU7 to that of the Earmen Angel and the iFi Diablo? My Diablo just died after 2,5 years of use, so I am looking to buy some new portable DAC/AMP that can drive my headphones as well as some IEMs.

I use a ifi go blu with my iems and Celestee today and have a hip Dac 3 on the way. The Angel looks interesting but probably more power than I need. Eventually I’ll get a caldera closed so perhaps then I would need something like that.

I still have not got about deciding which to purchase - the Ddhifi, or the Pw Audio ground adapter. The Ddhifi would save me some money perhaps! 😆
