    100 Back Squats (Bodyweight)
    Perform 5 Burpees at the top of each minute, including the start

    Used 165 and thought my game plan was perfect. Not all workouts need a set scheme but this one definitely should have one. Similar to Kalsu, you can’t count the burpees out, but you don’t have to consider the breathing as much with back squats compared to thrusters. Second guessed myself at the start when I had 15-20 seconds of rest but knew that would happen and just told myself to stick to the game plan. Overall, the break down was 10 reps, then 9 rounds of 8 reps, and finally two sets of 9 reps. Literally felt like I might have to re-rack in the final round but gutted through, although those last two reps were close…Feel like this one would be different at 185 and might have to try it. I know CrossFitters are typically anti rack but this one calls for it. Give this one a go!
