    These writers and storytellers get too much credit. I'm starting to really believe that they have no clue what they're doing and what they're writing. All is in the collective unconscious and these creatives have no choice but to pull these ideas from that unconsciousness. It isn't in them to just come up with these archtypes; they're already imbedded within us.
    It takes people like you and I to extract the meta-meanings of these secular stories. I find it amusing that so many of these intellectual types that make these movies and wonders believe themselves to be getting away from the biblical mythology and archetypes when they can't get away. Its permanently in the sub(over)-conscience.

      I couldn't agree more, it's like @DenKeeper wrote, age old truth, they can't get away from it because it's a part of the whole.
