I was a male model in the early eighties living in Hollywood. I saw Prince so many times in the clubs in W Hollywood and Beverly Hills. He was frequently at a club called Carlos & Charlies and always with an entourage of beautiful women. I never went up to him but i know he knew my face as i ran into him so often. One early morning i was jogging down my street and at the cross section there was Prince on his motorcycle. I stopped to let him go thru but he waved me on at the intersection. He had all that crazy purple stuff on with sunglasses at 7am. I saw his head turn to watch me with a feeling of recognition. I know he knew my face.:) RIP Prince

Two things really stand out: First, most of the women were serious career musicians and artists who benefited professionally from their association with Prince. Second, practically none of them have a bad thing to say about the man.
I am amazed at how not one of them had anything negative to say about him. I also see a pattern he loved to have them mystery like and those who couldn't keep him interested moved on. I believe the first love for him was and will always be Sheila and then the one he looked extremely in love with and happy was Mayte the young virgin who was willing to do whatever he wanted to keep him full filled. Her only downfall was not being able to beat his offspring and that's so sad. Had they not tried to have kids they may have still been married until his death. 😢

Oh my!…..I fell in love with “Vanity” when I saw the movie “The Last Dragon” at the Drive-In theatre when I was 18 years old. One of the most beautiful women I have ever seen….it is a shame we all didn’t see more of this beauty…

Quiet as kept, Kim Upsher was his true love but sometimes things don't always work out the way we want them to just like the others found out.
A lot of these dates are wrong. Already, Sheila met him in ‘78 but they weren’t dating til 1984 he went to high school w/Susan then they lasted some years including overlapping which he did a lot, dating Vanity & Susan and they knew. Dating Sheila then cheating w/Susannah, Sheila didn’t know (video of Sheila saying she didn’t know because she lives in LA, but when she found out it was horrible like a divorce. Glad they were able to get back to being friends 40 yrs long time. Anna Fantastic while recording Batman at Paisley to get Kim Bassinger. Mayte & Nona Gaye. They were both open but engagement, Nona found out when Mayte flashed her ring in her face & Prince didn’t tell her, she was heartbroken. Manuela gold digger worked at Paisley saw cracks in their marriage & went for him. Hollywood ex wives tv show Mayte said they became friends. Manuela got money out of Prince but Mayte got almost nothing. Manuela sued for Half but Prince fought her in court she got millions but not half.

Also the private woman she is known in Prince’s circle. She is only in Prince’s songs for the public. The whole first album For you was dedicated to her and the second Prince too. Later times Prince in concerts put her first name into songs as well. The Diamonds and Pearls cd has her photo as the third person in incognito. Carmen Electra sang her name too in one of her song as a girlfriend to Prince. she met with Prince in the 70’s and Prince kept contact with her the rest of his life also in his last month.

There's an interview with Prince and Chris Rock where he says Michael wanted him to duet on 'Bad'. He would have been the Wesley Snipes character in the music video. He said he didn't want to sing 'Your butt is mine' to Michael or have him sing it to him!

So many of these women were underage when he hooked up with them. He was considerably older than almost all of them -some of them he was 15 to 20 years older. Nowadays, he wouldn't get away with that, but then nobody really cared about those girls. Plus, he was controlling with all of them and cheated on almost all of them. It's the one thing about him that makes me question what kind of man he truly was and ask whether his genius and his music compensate for that. I have a hard time justifying that in my mind.

He lived his life his way. Like every man and every woman, he was no angel, but he was no demon either. Watching his maturation over the years was great to see. His household staff and personal chefs said he lived in the studio and when not in studio, he read everything he could get his hands on about past interests that had to take backseat while career was taking off. Even how to build a birdhouse. Relationships? From outside looking IN, seems to me he was IN LOVE with the idea of a nuclear family, monogamy, roots, and nurturing his children. But somehow psychologically he equated that with too much distraction and/or career death. When in actuality he could've had it all. At 50yrs old no one would expect his stage show to be like the ones in the 80's. But he could still put on a helluva show instead of the early days. Yes, I do believe his number came up for Illuminati elimination. Just like MJ, DMX, almost Jamie Fox, and many others. Give them the slightest inference you're gonna go tell all and you'll hear "tonight's breaking story in the tragic death of....."
