I’ve been well thanks mate. Good to see you’re back on a regular basis. Had to laugh the other week, we were both working on the Pro-line Pro-fusion kit. Timing 😂 I think the next kit will be the TLR 22 5.0 DC Elite, looks like a good deal with the option parts. Take care and thanks for the message.
Very cool build. Wow. Would you recommend just buying a cage, instead of the Axial kit, and just start from the up? It almost seems like that is what you did and would cost less. Not sure.
I'm still rocking my old AX10 scorpion to bad it's gone the way of the scx10 and is now a legacy model... thanks HorizonHobby for buying out amazing companies and making them sellouts. Hope this one sticks around for a few years in production. 🍻cheers🥃
Nice on the AX10 - but, I was like you on the Axial thing....at first. But seeing the improvements Horizon has made to the parts in the Capra kit has made me appreciate the marriage - like the shocks, links, rod ends, steel pivot balls, etc. Axial has always sucked in those departments
Man I went to do a trial run on my Capra n the micro servo for the dig function died. For some reason the lil arm on the micro servo kept slipping out of the small plastic loop for the dig function, did u have any issues with the arm slipping out of the loop to engage the dig?
No, mine functioned pretty well, although toward the end of the day, I'd have to move to reverse to unengage the locked feature...not sure if it was just the downhill weight on the drivetrain...
Hi Rich, throw scale out the window... this is all about true performance ! i am intrigued by the last minute when you had it "go fast" how fast do you think it can go? my real interest would be a crawler that could do some light bashing. i love the look of this, and debating a Capra over the Rock Rey. what could i do to get more speed while maintaining it's crawling prowess. TIA!
It's hard to find something that has best of both worlds. The Capra will out crawl most....but has some fragile things if you start going fast and hit things. The RR does well going fast and is not the best crawler. Keep in mind, both vehicles are quite different in size too. As for speeding up the Capra, it comes geared very high, so making it go fast is easy or just a matter of voltage
@@TheRCNetwork I figured it out from the Wildfire Gynmastics in the background! LOL. This spot is much closer than El Modena, or CDM for me. It would be perfect for times where I just need a quick place to run. (I'm off of Sand Canyon in Irvine)
Are you getting a Capra? 🤔
Nah, it's cool but have a Losi crawer and a 4wheel steer Mad Torgue. I have however been checking out the Losi Super Rock Rey, and the Rock Rey.
Mine is on the way from Amain right now.
@@michaelhoyle2665 Nice! Amain is the place!
Yep! Already got it!
5:28 nice rock.... wheres the car tho?
Great camera work, really enjoyed the video. Very nice truck and yes I'm saving for a capra. Thanks for sharing...
Thanks buddy! It was fun filming this!
Awesome crawler. Looks like it could climb a 90 degree surface.
I’m no crawling expert but I think it’s the best I have seen.
Great work Rich
Thanks Paul - how you been, buddy?

Thoroughly enjoyed the video Rich, such a sick rig! Can’t wait till mine arrives..
Thanks Mark! Have fun with yours
Just got mine! Gonna start the build today
Nice! Make sure and note the owner's manual mistakes.....take a look at my Build Review video
Great video! Love the paint scheme! Started my Capra build on Monday!
Thanks! Nice on the Capra build. Make sure and share some pics in the FB group!
@@TheRCNetwork will do! I will also have a build thread on RCC.
Ya me too mine is almost done, the paint scheme on mine is incredible i wish i could add a pic
great video! great looking rig! No way it came up in my feed or I would've watched sooner.
Thanks! Yes, TH-cam is quite strange these days with Feeds
More speed! For me that was the highlight😁
Would love to see it on a U4RC track🤟🏻
Yep, I'm with you...I got a ton of crap for saying I wanted it to go fast on social
@@TheRCNetwork Build it your way and have fun and i will keep watching you!!
I agree! Probably the last time it will crawl 😉
There were 2 of them at our last U4 event on October 26 in 1.9 class. They needed a little more speed and some suspension tuning but they did ok
Don’t know how I missed this when it dropped but nice run. 👍🏽🐒🇺🇸
Nice! Thanks for swinging back. Make sure the bell is on to be notified when I drop videos
Love the video, really like the capra, and now I kinda want an XR10.......
Great video, Yep I got one hehe. I like the old school Axial comp rig, but I love the Capra. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks Rich! Yeah, the XR10 was my buddy's - but he has his eye now on the Capra
Amazing rig there brother,,, can't wait to build mine 🙏👍
Thanks Charlie! It's a pretty great rig - make sure and share some photos of yours in the FB group
@@TheRCNetwork got you,, I will brother
Great lookin rig..Keep up the great content
Thanks Tom! always cool to bring out a new video

For the Capra, I'd still get the kit. It's actually decent vs. some of the Axials. I really only replaced the wheels at this point

So true !
great vid rich
Thanks buddy! When are you getting one>?
@@TheRCNetwork probably when it starts getting white out here in nh, lol.

アメージング!
good !!
Thanks for stopping by!
I will have to pick one of these up at some point! Do you leave the hotwire connected to the ESC? Great video!
The ESC is pretty had to get to, so I left it connected while I tuned the Capra during the filming
You can for tuning on the fly if you want to. With the new Aux Channel Drag Brake feature I have quit using HotWires in crawlers.

Thanks MTC! Always cool seeing the OG people here
@@TheRCNetwork Yes Sir, gotta support cha brotha!
Nice crawl..
Thanks buddy!
This or the bomber? For crawling I need help 😭😭
I think the Capra is a bit more capable, especially with the dig
10 or 11t pinion is in order for great crawling..
I'm geared at 12 right now...but not intending on crawling much longer...
Nice vid man! Where is this spot? (Nevermind, found it!)
Off of Dimension in Lake Forest, you can almost see the old AE building from here.
@@TheRCNetwork I figured it out from the Wildfire Gynmastics in the background! LOL. This spot is much closer than El Modena, or CDM for me. It would be perfect for times where I just need a quick place to run. (I'm off of Sand Canyon in Irvine)
Nice! Yeah, the rocks are set in with course concrete, so there's tons of grip
What's your personal preference buggies or Crawlers:)
I'm more of a go fast (with in reason) guy. So, Ideally 1/10th scale 4wd buggy is my goto. Crawling has appealed tome more than ever with the Capra
Excellent video:) my go-to is racing off-road and on Road!! it's just a thrill;)
攀爬能力真強大。
Yes, it does climb quite well!
Hey Rich is that ur xr10 ?
Nope, that's my buddy's - he's an old school comp crawler guy
@@TheRCNetwork that's a sweet crawler it's really nice 👍 to c u making vids again keep rocking !
@@RedSoxboston Thanks buddy! Glad to see people still watching!
Man! Everybody has hyraxes lol.
They just work. The super scale guys will run the BFG's, but Hyraxes perform so much better
The RCNetwork I’m debating on getting the voodoo klr/m, super swampers xl or the flat iron xl
Why would you not tell us what shafts you're using and let the individual decide if they want to run it or not? #Weaksauce
Before I start "letting people know" I wanted to make sure they work first.... #KeyboardWarriorSociety
these would be better without the music
Use that volume button.....😃
