Guys listen to me carefully my age is 19 years and height is 5feet 7 inches I was 80 kgs before 1.5 month and now I am 70 kg. I know it is not something that I should proud off I will have to lose 10 kgs more. I was someone who used to live on junk food food but now I eat simple homemade food and do workout for 45 minutes. If I can do it then everyone in this world can do it. Wish me good luck for future😊
I do water fasting..i am 6ft tall....i was 114kgs on 18 Jan 2020....today...7 March 2020 ...i am 95 kgs....in 47 days i lost 19 kgs...i have done three..7 days full water fast and in every water fast i lost 5 kgs atleast...fasting is a miracle
@@ameen2079 i did a water fast from 18 Jan to 24 Jan...full water fast...nothing except water...it was very difficult (that i had to take off for 2 days from office)...but after 3 days..when i was down 4 kgs..i was so motivated and continued till whole week...and in one week...i was down from 114 to 107...after that...for 3 days i normally ate food..and my weight increased to 109 due to proper eating....and then again...started water fast from 28 Jan to 3 Feb ...and went from 109 to 102...and similarly going on...and now i am 95

People always think that less weight is a sign of better fitness. Though it's generally correct for ordinary people, but weight is not always the best indicator of fitness. Because top athletes like Usain Bolt, Michael Phelps etc weigh more than 90 kg.

Start with brisk walk.. Start initially with 20 minutes... Like for a week .. But keep the same pace and then next week further add 5 minutes. But u have to train your mind first..

No disrespect to this guy or any other you can eat paranthe makhan ghee and all ppl call bad food the thing is caloric defict that's it and here in India ppl are focusing on weight loss instead of fat loss still focusing on weighin machine instead of physical appearance this guy lost a lot of weight + muscle too he was obese now he is skinny fat again lack of knowledge focus on fat loss guys and you don't have to eat boiled or clean food to lose fat portion size and caloric defict is the key don't follow him or his weight loss journey.
Dear Ankit, I M pure vegetarian ...and when a person is on weight loss they need to take less carbs and more protein and this option is only available in non-veg food or need to take protein supplements... Or otherwise could cause several problems!!

Add fibre to your diet and big no to sugar and processed food..stick to home made food especially cooked in less oil.
