    It's ok but you didn't disclosed about the breathing and techniques to control chi ....

      Your absolutely right. I did t think to mention about the breath when making this video. The external movements of the form are what moves the chi. There are no breathing techniques that I am aware of in tai chi. The breath in tai chi should be natural. In the end the body "breathes itself" naturally through the opening and closing of the postures. I wouldn't be able to give any advice on techniques to control chi.

      I think qigong has focus on breathing and breath for chi and meditation

      A student asked my teacher, John Kells, about breathing in one of our classes in the late 80s. John answered simply: "It's a good idea to breathe". We were never taught specific breathing "techniques", as it often makes people more tense, the opposite to what we want to achieve. As much as possible, the breathing needs to sink, into the Dan Tien, but this can be confusing for beginners. It's often sufficient to mention breathing into the abdomen area, rather than high in the chest. However, the practice of Tai Chi usually makes this happen anyway.
