    Great work! I love that you don't tell him you're the right solution, instead you let him reach that conclusion on his own. Also, assuming he'll close and the "future-pacing" you set for him is brilliant!
    I'm sort of surprised you didn't feel the need to dig into his previous campaigns with 100+ leads from ads he ran on his own. I would've felt pressure to figure out how I'm different/better than what he could do without me.

    Incredible video, thanks Sam!
    Quick one, am I right in thinking the ad spend was £30p/d?

    That's an amazing video man, I got one question: in my sales calls people aren't interested in paying the $30/day ad spend even when my service fees is 100% performance basis. How do I get them to pay the ad spend?

    • @ezrielshaw2208
      @ezrielshaw2208 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Just a quick question: When your pitching to your client do you word to them that you need $30/day for the ads? If so try wording it as package and less as a individual cost, people tend to like round numbers instead of over complicating things with smaller numbers.
      I'd also suggest getting some case studies if you don't already have them, just reach out to different businesses and offer to work for free for 2-3 weeks given that they provide the ad spend.

    Hey Sam, I'm a big supporter of your content. Love how clear you are with everything and your interpersonal skills is just unmatched. I'm currently a 20 year old operating a tuition agency and I am actively working towards scaling it to near 200k revenue. Would you have any tips to grow?

    Hi Sam, love this mate.
    I have a question however, I think the form builders on GHL are rubbish, can you recommend some good ones and your thoughts on if they make a difference?

    You are a G man.
    I got a question, if you are running a guarantee and your client isn't following up or calling the leads fast or maybe he just sucks at sales and can't close the leads, what would you do in this situation?
    Keep on the good shit 🔥

      Coach them. This is where most agencies don’t push onto their clients about how we can send you a million leads but you can’t close them. Then back it up with data.

    Lots of knowledge in this video. I have a question that is not related to the video though. Why do you make all these videos about starting and growing an agency, what do you gain from this? You don't have a paid course or gain any of the money that some of your viewers will gain from starting their own agencies. All you are doing is saturating the industry and making more competition for your own agency. So many SMMA TH-camrs that I have asked the same question and they do not reply to me at all.

    • @TheSamuelDarby
      @TheSamuelDarby  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I agree with you on a lot of this, I however think you fail to see the value in an audience. I don’t need to sell a course to monetise an audience, there’s a lot of other businesses you can start on the back of it.
      I also don’t give away the intricate ins and outs of my business, there’s a lot more value behind the scenes that I’ll never share unless I exit.
      Lastly, I enjoy making these videos, I like helping people, and I also think there’s a lot of people out there sharing false information.

      he's playing the long game

    • @letsgoooooo1
      @letsgoooooo1 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Keep in mind that most viewers of this video will likely never implement what's being discussed. The majority are simply watching without taking action. I used to think competition was too fierce and markets were saturated. However, my perspective changed after I committed to being consistent for over six months. Consider how many people can actually stick with something for more than a month, let alone six months. Out of 1,000 people, only about 2% persist with something for more than three months. These numbers are quite low. Therefore, him offering this information for free doesn't really impact his business.

      @MohummedOwen ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@letsgoooooo1 2% sounds like a stretch or maybe I have to much faith in other people's work ethic. I hope you are right because it is the biggest con I think of while building my own SMMA. I will be one of the 2% but I still wonder why there are thousands of SMMA TH-camrs and why they keep making videos instead of building a bigger company and making more and more money. maybe courses are more profitable? m maybe there entrepreneur spirit makes them venture into other industries like TH-cam videos and course monetization.
