I am in love with this fragrance. First impression was a 7. . Scratched it off, 7.5. . Scratched it off, 8. . again, 8.5, then 9. . So, I am going to order this in the next few days. I have been reaching for this more than Intense Cafe, which I loooove.
The original Arabians is a HIGHLY underrated fragrance. I love the fresh but dense nature of the original... And the Cardamom is just lovely. I got a chance to sample Arabians Tonka with my latest BHP purchase. I agree these are pretty distant from each other. It reminds me of Oud Dreams a bit with the sweetness. I would still love to own this one though. Thank you for your honest take as always and of course the generous giveaway Sebastian.
I received this fragrance for Christmas after smelling it at Harrods in London, and I get soooo many compliments. It projects well and lasts on my coats for days 😍. Amazing for going out out, winter nights. Maybe to heavy for the summer IMO. Only need 1 or 2 sprays. Agreed...very similar to Intense cafe. Believe this is a unisex fragrance but I can see more women wearing this than men. (I am a woman) Great video! Please review Versace Atelier- Vanille Rouge!

Received this literally 5 minutes ago, it was a blind buy and i was very nervous as some reviews likened it to shagnaf oud, reminds me very much of intense cafe which i love. Cant wait to test its performance on my fragrance eating skin.
Cleveland OH here! Nutty + Sugar Cane= ❤️!!!! Loving Montale is general, excited to try this one! Just received a decant of Instant Crush and enjoyed that...I also love Haramain Treasure which is in a similar vein.
Lol I wore this to a beach in Jamaica while on vacation and the whole beach started to acknowledge me as I walked around...several men came over to me asking me what I was wearing cuz the scent swept the whole area...IT IS A BEASSSTTTTTTTT 😩❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. I would say it smells like a woody very sweet fragrance tht is VERY VERY unisex....it stays till u wash it off and it’s slightly waterproof loolllll...if u wanna have a burnt marshmallow woody smell then buy this...100/10 rating..THE BEST MONTALE and I own 15 manceras and montales 🤷🏽♀️
I love Tonka definitely in my top 5 frags. I have yet to delve into Montale juices and know you interject this house often into your vids. I plan on adding a few of their juices into my growing inventory. Love, love your take on juices. You're so well informed and incorporate your unique take on juices that are not overly overdone here on TH-cam. Your Lebanese heritage and love of spices add so much to your appreciation of fragrances. Thank you for educating me on juices I would have missed out on!!
Seb, great review! Arabian Tonka is eerily similar to Byredo Eleventh Hour. Very similar but slightly better. And at the drydown it hints on menthol a bit.

This sounds lovely - I have sampled a couple of Montales (Intense Cafe - -SWOOOooOOon!) and the bottles are a knockout. I like your description of "dry" or "diet" gourmand....hope I get my paws on this one!
Montale Arabians Tonka sounds like a beautiful sweet gourmandish fragrance that retains some Montale DNA. I haven't had the opportunity to try this one yet.
I bought it on ebay for 24 euros. I knew the Montale brand but nothing about Arabians Tonka, I bought it meanly for the low price. But maaaaan this is the best perfume i have, and I have some good niches like creed aventus... But i have more compliments with this than with creed. Imagine the best fragrance ever, well it's even better than that.

Just sampled this...its pretty much identical to Swiss Arabian Shagaf Oud and Al Haramain Oudh 36 Nuit. Arabian tonka is more softer than both. I prefer both over the AT.
Montale has been on my list to try. I just can't decide which ones. I don't have a real store to go to so I can smell them. I just have to go off reviews and lists of notes and buy online. I entered the bottle giveaway, so maybe Arabians Tonka will be the first one! Tonka and saffron are so good!

I am the only person here who doens't really like this. My friend has a bottle, and so I tried and sprayed it once on a blotter. I took it home, kept it on my bedroom cupboard. I could smell it all the way in the living room. I had to put in the drawer, and still. A week later the intensity had hardly diminished. It was driving me nuts. I like the scent, but it comes in so hard, I feel like my smell receptors are being burned off. It is just so aggressive that I would not be able to wear it nor enjoy that. But I will try it again to see if my experience changes. If all Montale perfumes are this strong, this might not be the house for me.

Tell me please , why does it stay too close on my skin 😢 I’ve tested it several times , but I can hardly smell it(( maybe it’s because of cold skin 🙁all Arabic perfumes, sweet , that I like, sit too close on my skin and it’s very frustrating 😫
Raihan Choudhury at the end of the day if your that sceptical then don’t do it. I’m in the uk and since last year I’ve bought multiple mancera as well as multiple acqua di Parma plus so much more and even more recently I’ve bought pdm Layton and I’ve always compared them to samples I’ve bought elsewhere so made sure samples never came from notion and up till now I’ve had zero issues.

Love all things Montale. Yummy. I enjoyed Arabians so Arabians Tonka sounds even better. Bakhoor is my favorite Montale along with Oud Forest.

May I ask from which year your batch is? I have a 2022 bottle and I feel like it’s no longer as strong as before.
